Alexei Stukov [2.2]

Infested Terran

Description
Once an the vice admiral of the UED expedition, Stukov was infested by a cerebrate, cured and reinfested again by Dr. Narud. Now he helps the Swarm as one of their leaders, seeking revenge for what Narud did with him.

Level 1 Stats:
Health ~ 1483 (+4% per lvl) / Health Regeneration ~ 3.1 per second (+4% per lvl)
Damage ~ 101 (+4% per lvl) / Attack Speed ~ 1.3 per second 

Overview
At first i was satisfied with my original Stukov concept, needing only some changes here and there, but after seeing Varian I decided to turn him into a Multiclass hero. Stukov can spec bo a Burst Heal or a Utility Support or a Assassin, he can not only choses his first ability but also changes the funcionality of his other basic abilities.

Stukov have 2 infested terrans that scort him. He can consume then for mana.

Primary Abilities

Defiler's Cloud
Ability Key: Q
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Role: Utility

Create a cloud that gives allies 30% Magic Armor, reducing Spell Damage by 30%.

Note: I decided to make Defiler's Cloud more similar to the original Dark Swarm, it will counter ranged AA and Mages, but meele heroes will have a better time agaist this abillity.

Ability Key: Q
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Charges: 3
Role: Healer

Heals an allie for 279 health.

Parasitic Bomb
Ability Key: Q
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Role: Assassin

Deal 88 damage s to a target and more 100% of the damage to any target nearby for 4 second. Effect persists for the remaining duration if the target is destroyed.

Corrosive Blast
Ability Key: W
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Deals 97 damage and reduces armor by 25, increasing damage taken by 25% to the first target that hits for 2 seconds.

Fungal Growth
Ability Key: E
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Roots the targets in the area for 1.5 second and deals 263 (+4% per level) damage over 4 seconds.

Secondary Abilities

Regenarative Creep
Ability Key: Talent level 4
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Creates a Creep Colony that generates Creep for 20 seconds. This Creep heals allies for 1% of their maximun health.

Note: The Creep generates faster than it degenerates, so you can put the Creep Colony in a objective, wait 2 or 3 seconds and you are ready to go. And even if the Colony is destroyed the Creep will stay for some seconds.

Active: Increases Attack Speed of nearby allies by 30%.

Each 4 seconds increases Stukov and allied heroes Movement Speed by 20% for 4 seconds

Active: Enemies recive damage equals to 3% of their maximun health for 10 seconds, but it can't kill the enemies hit by it.

Increases Movement Speed by 10%, when at 50% Health movement speed increases by 30%.
-Gaive Wurm (Passive)
Increases Basic Attack damage by 75% and Basic attack bounces dealing 75% less damage.

[Level 7]
-Piercing Bolts (D)
Infested Terrans do more damage.
-Symbiote (D)
Infested Terrans attacks heal allies around Stukov.
-There must be more (D)
Stukov now spawns three Infested Terrans.

[Level 10]

-Sickness (W)
Corrosive Blast also slows the target by 40%.
-Corrosive Bile (W)
Increases Corrosiva Blast damage by 100% and range by 30% but it no longer increases damage done.
-Razor Swarm(W)
Increases length of Corrosive Blast and now do damage to minions in its path.

[Level 16]
-Defile (E)
Enemies hit by Fungal Growth recive 75% less healing for 4 second but root duration is reduced by 1 second.
-Ensnare (E)
Fungal Growth also slow targets by 70% of their movement speed when it ends for 3 seconds.
-Grow Carapace (E)
Allies hit by Fungal Growth recives a shield equals to 15% of their health.

[Level 20]
-Regenaration Aura (R)
Mend passive heal decreases its cooldown by 1 second per hero healed. Passive heal increased by 20%
-Where the Wild Things Are (R)
Attack Speed Bonus increased by 20% and Movement Speed Bonus by 10%
-Pandemic (R)
Plague now deals 10% of the targets maximun health.
-Zerg Russian
Respawn time of the Infested Terrans and your first basic ability (Q) cooldown are decreased by 5 seconds.

I've always wanted Stukov added as a character. The moves are correct and I like that you gave him the infestor's Fungal Growth. I think the final version should cut down on some abilities however as it does seem a little OP in it's current state. I recommend that if you want multiclass, give him 2 options instead of 3. I think Healer or assassin would be good as the Zerg roster could use a healer and another assassin.

p.s. add his talents too. These could augment him as multi-class further. Talents like Healing Ward, Searing Attacks and Envenom spring to mind.

Tanks for the sugestions, maybe I can remove Defiler's Swarm and add to an actual Defiler Hero, but I like the idea of him being either a Utility Support(I need to change that in the Overview, he is not an Specialist) or a acutual healer. And I don't want to give him a lot of General Talents(thats why I created his mutations talents) but i can try to make unique versions of this talents. Again tanks for the feedback and remember to look my other concepts
