I think is a very cool rework, maybe can be a solo healer. I love Tyrande and I heal as much as other if I can, but is not viable as solo healer right now.

One of the main attempts in this suggestion is to allow her to be a solo healer. She IS a PRESTESS after all.

Nice ideas. Minor notes:
"Perseverance: Light of Elune increases your primary target's armor and spell armor by 10 for 3 seconds."
What you MEANT to say was "Physical armor and spell armor," but that's not necessary, because just plain old armor is both kinds at once.

Also you have her lv 16 talent tier listed as 17 :P

Anywho. Really love your ideas. Tyrande was my first level 10 back in Beta. This looks really promising.

EDIT: I might add that
Trueshot Aura: Passively increases nearby allies damage by 15%
Trueshot Aura typically only affects Auto Attacks, Physical damage, not abilities/spell damage.

The damage part was intended. Maybe it gets to be too good then?

Piggy-backing on this comment:
Quoted:
Binding Heal
QUEST: Healing an injured hero with your Light of Elune increases its potency by 5, up to 150 extra healing (to your target, 75 extra healing to you). If you die you lose all the stacks.
REWARD: Upon completion your Light of Elune will replicate 50% of the healing done to the last hero you targeted with Light of Elune.

In addition to the current reward, it should state that Tyrande can no longer lose stacks.

Overall, nice Talent rework. Provides an Assassin-like Talent build for Tyrande and gives her more powerful Support Talents to be a more viable solo Support.
