Tassadar His shields can absorb a big chunk of your damage. It's best to avoid him until his Dimensional Shift is used, then go in for the kill.
7
Raynor Raynors heal can make it so he can out heal your burst, so try and avoid him in a 1v1.

9
Uther Stay clear of his stun. Use your Ulti on him and try and pick off his team mates while he's frozen.
9
Brightwing It's polymorph is a burst breaker. Try an only go in right after it uses it's polymorph on another player.
9
Diablo His charge and grab is a real nuisance, and his fire can de-clock you. Not to mention he has a lot of health. He can really bully you if you arent carefull.
10
Chen Chen is the ultimate 1v1 character, him drinking will never let you kill him, and he can push you away from allies using his Wandering Keg.

How to play Zeratul. Top

In my opinion this is the best way to play Zeratul. Enjoy.

Early Game (1-6) Top

If you're in a map with 3 lanes and if everyone can sufficiently push their lane (For example no solo support in a lane) you should roam looking for easy ganks. Try and get into the position where your team is able to let you free roam but it isn't 100% necessary, but is very beneficial.

If one of your lanes need help, for example an Uther on his own at Bot lane you should help him.

YOUR EARLY PRIORITY IS TO GET XP, GANK ONLY IF ALL OUR LANES ARE OCCUPIED.

It is more important to make sure that there is someone in each lane than to go and look for early kills.

Cleave offers good wave clear and Blink is a good retreat option early game. You don't have a huge amount of killing power yet so stay carefull.

Mid Game (7-13) Top

Okay now we that we have have Follow Through we get a huge damage increase on our auto attacks, which is great for this build.

Now we can begin by:

Running in using Cleave, auto attack, singularity spike, auto attack

and then they're likely to have started to run away so you might want to blink to them and auto attack or maybe blink away to prevent your own death.

Also once we reach level 13 you get access to Wormhole we need to be very fast with our attacks, but not so fast that we don't get out the auto attacks. Here's our new rotation:

Blink into combat, auto attack, cleave, auto attack, singularity strike, Blink out of combat.

Now that rotation can take a while to get used to, I'd recommend going into the new practice mode and attacking the training dummy.

This method of attack lets us do lots of damage and also gives us a retreat option so we can kill the average assassin in 1 or maybe 2 bursts, but my this time we will most likely be with the team so do this rotation to try and kill the weakest targets they have for example their assassin or support.

Late Game 14-20+ Top

During the late game we should take the rending cleave talent, this is better than Double Bombs because with our burst build we want to get in, deal damage and get out within 2 seconds, and this is near impossible to pull off with dual bombs, so you should take Rending cleave. An added bonus of this is that with the damage over time from the rending cleave and the singularity strike while we are away from the target. This means we can still do damage even when "not in combat".

For our final talents I would highly recommend Rewind because after our first "attack" (when we warp in do our burst and warp out) it will allow us to instantly refresh the cooldown and get right back into combat. This is great for bursting someone down. If you find it's too difficult or as if you're not optimising the talent fully, then go with Nexus blades, the slow amount is great and the added attack bonus is also nothing to take lightly.

The end. Top

That's it for my early guide on how to play Zeratul. This is the way I believe is the best way to play him. I hope this guide helped you and if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear it.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, good luck playing Zeratul guys! See you in the Nexus.
