This build is for the ones with some exp w/ KT already.

To make it short and sweet... TO START OFF: THIS IS A MID-LATE GAME BUILD;

Tier 1: Mana Addict should be obvious;

Tier 2: Gathering Power is absolutely nuts for the poke and bombs from Ignite later in build;

Tier 3: Fission Bomb is also needed but becomes ridiculously necessary for this build later on especially w/ Ignite for the insane poke;

Tier 4: I pref Pheonix for this build but Pyro may work in some comps;

Tier 5: Can also be preference/comp between Flamethrower and Chain Bomb, you can make crazy plays with either of those talents;

Tier 6: Ignite no question;

Tier 7: Another pref/comp choice here, if you feel you want Bolt of the Storm for added safety sure but i think since this build is meant for range poke i enjoy Rebirth for increase duration and relocating it can be super clutch.
