War Paint gives healthy sustain while running in and out of lane creep and camps, while still allowing your auto attacks to generate fury while life stealing; sustaining and saving fury for a preemptive gank perhaps.

Mercenary lord says it all, it gives gives extra sustain while destroying camps, as well as more damage for said camps if you decide to push with them; this trait is also great for trying to cap an early boss with sonya, this is especially helpful once sonya has attained her Wrath of the Berserker ultimate.

A great talent for outputting heavier damage when clearing those mercenaries, as you will likely be spamming your w a lot for the splash damage effect, after every Seismic splash you use an auto attack, producing an elegant combo of damage.

Increase your damage dealt by 40% for 15+ seconds, this is a given when trying to clear boss, extremely helpful; this also helps protect against boss stun/ gank cc, and can still be quite useful during a team fight.

Seeing as how we are trying to clear camps as fast as possible, we will be spamming our seismic slam quite a bit, reducing its fury cost by 50% will be a nice enhancement considering we didn't take shot of fury as our first talent, it will be decent for producing a more consistent initial damage output.

Again, maximizing the initial damage potential of seismic slam, while also proccing with aftershock to keep for reasonable fury spending.

Still trying to maximize your damage out put, proccing with follow through and war paint, this makes for a very reasonable damage output/sustain talent choice, while also allowing for some single target focus during a team fight, perhaps trying to force an assassin out of a fight.
