Lana'thel fits a melee tanky support that sacrifices her health to guarantee her allies' safety while also life stealing to maintain her own safety. With paralysis she can set up allies' hard to hit skills and her bleeding will maintain pressure on any melee that tries to engage on her. Her 1st Heroic revolves around team-wide utility and self peeling. The 2nd is a team fight disruption tool and burst self healing

Combat Trait

Essence of the Blood Queen
Spell Damage heals you for 50%. This effect is reduced significantly when damaging non-Heroes and won't work on Structures
Life Stealing: 50%
Life Stealing on Non-Heroes: 8%

Primary Abilities

Pact of the Darkfallen
Transfers your Health to the target. Cannot be cast on self.
Healing: 430(+12*lvl)
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Cost: The amount healed

Type: Healing, Damage
Affects: Allies, Self
Incite Terror
Strike fear into the heart of the enemies in the targeted area, paralyzing them based on the distance between you and them. Dealing more than 5% of the target's maximum health cancels the effect earlier.. The further you're from, the longer they're paralyzed.
Damage: 110(+6*lvl)
Paralysis Duration: From 0.5 up to 2 seconds.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Affects: Enemies

Note: This will count as a targetable Stasis.
Delirious Slash
Strikes all targets in a wide arc, enemies hit will bleed for a duration. Your basic attacks against bleeding targets deal Spell Damage. Structures cannot bleed.
Damage: 60(+3*lvl)
Bleeding Duration: 3 seconds
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Type: Area of Effect, Basic Attack Empowerment
Affects: Enemies, Self

Heroic Abilities

Blood MIrror
Attaches you with all near heroes: Allies will receive healing from your Combat Trait; Enemies will recieve a portion of the damage you receive.
Duration on Allies: 6 seconds
Duration on Enemies: 3 seconds
Damage Transfered: 25%
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Cost: 200(+10*lvl)

Type: Area of Effect, Damage Reflection, Healing
Affects: Allies, Enemies
Swarming Shadows
Causes a mass of shadows to swarm the target and his furthest ally, dealing high damage every second unless they get close to each other.
Damage: 65(+4*lvl) every second
Duration: 6 seconds
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Cost: 120(+17*lvl)

Type: Point-and-click, Damaging
Affects: Enemies

Level 1 Talents

 Scab: Grants 2 charges of Block to you and the healed target.

 Gift of the San'layn (Quest Talent): Gather Regeneration Globes to increase health regen by 4, stacks up to 40. (Reward) Increases the healing of Pact of the Darkfallen by 100.

 Just A Taste: Reduces the cooldown of Incite Fear and Delirious Slash if you didn't hit any Heroes. (60%).

Level 4 Talents

 Veincrusher (Quest Talent): Basic attacking a bleeding target will permanently increase the damage of Delirious Slash (2), stacking up to 120. (Reward) Upon reaching 120 increase it's size and duration (33%).

 Dreadbringer: Increases the area of effect (33%).

 Vampiric Empowerment: Increases the movement speed of the target. (25%). Lasts 3 seconds.

Level 7 Talents

 Throatrender: Silences all enemies hit for 1 second. Also reduces it's cooldown by 2 seconds.

 Blood Rage: Increases your attack speed if you strike a bleeding target (40%). Lasts for 2 seconds.

 Phlebotomy: Pact of the Darkfallen increases the healing the target receves (30%) for 3 seconds.

Watchful Gaze: When one of your allies is stunned, silenced or rooted near you Pact of the Darkfallen will have it's cooldown reset and will refund 40% of the health cost. This cannot happen more than once every 8 seconds.

Level 13 Talents

 Seal of the Twilight Queen: Overhealing from Essence of the Blood Queen will be stored in your energy bar, upon utilizing an ability you will withdraw from the stored amount. It can store up to 600(+12*lvl). Lasts for 10 seconds.
Blood Choke: Targets deal 25% less damage and move 25% slower while afflicted by your bleeding. (Shrink Ray substitute)

Searing Kiss: Pact of the Darkfallen grant you and the target (30) spell armor for 2 seconds. (Spell Shield substitute)

Level 16 Talents

 Bloodsipper: After hiting a bleeding target with a Basic Attack, increase your Basic Attack damage by 30% for 3 seconds. (Executioner substitute)

 Nightmare: Targets struck are Vulnerable. Lasts for 1.5 second

Blood Shield: Pact of the Darkfallen grants you a shield equal to half of it's cost

There Will Be Blood: Essence of the Blood Queen's healing is increased to 100% of your Spell Damage for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds Active Ability

Level 20 Talents

 Vampirical Affection: Increases the range of the link (50%) and it's duration (33%).

 Blinding Shadows: Reduces the sight vision of the affected enemies, also reduces the cooldown (to 80 seconds).

 Unquenchable Thirst: Increases the bleeding duration to 6 seconds, hitting a bleeding target will increase your movement speed by 10%. Lasts for 1.5 second.

 Blood Ties: The target of Pact of the Darkfallen will be also healed through your Essence of the Blood Queen for halved efficiency. This effect lasts untill you heal someone else.

This is a really interesting concept, but I have a few questions about it.
Does she use any mana?
Will pact of the darkfallen always heal for the same amount regardless of her current health?
Won't enemies be in stasis when paralyzed? (you won't be able to cancel it, since they can't take damage)
Does delirous slash work like maiev's fan of knives or is it a melee cleave?
Does blood mirror heal allies for the damage YOU deal or the damage THEY deal?
Does swarming shadows have unlimited range? (I'm assuming it won't target enemies in fountain) Will it cancel mounts?
Otherwise, fantastic concept!
