Muln Earthfury, a powerful tauren shaman dedicated to keep the elemental forces in check and thus ensure the safety of all the lands Azeroth and the people who live upon them.
Just a quick concept I had, don't have to be Muln Earthfury, just needed a placeholder for the concept :D

Passive
When Muln hits an enemy with a Basic Attack he gain a stack of Maelstrom, max 5 stacks. Each stack of Maelstrom reduces the cooldown of his next Healing Wave or Earth Shock by 20%. Consume all stacks when either of these abilities are used.

Active: | Cooldown: 15 seconds
Strike a target enemy for 165 (+4% per level) Damage and gain a stack of Maelstrom.

Heal target allied Hero for 284 (+4% per level) Health.

Earth Shock
Active | 60 Mana | Cooldown: 12 seconds
Erupt the ground at a target location, dealing 225 (+4% per level) Damage to enemies within the area. Targets hit have their Attack Speed reduced by 40% for 2 seconds.
If Earth Shock hits a target already affected by Earth Shock, the target becomes Disarmed, preventing them from using Basic Attacks for 2 seconds.

Ancestral Totem
Active | 40 Mana | Cooldown: 15 seconds
Create a totem that attacks a nearby enemy for 64 (+4% per level) Damage, each attack grants Muln a stack of Maelstrom. The totem has 217 (+4% per level) Health and lasts for 8 seconds. While the totem stands, Muln are able to cast his other Basic Abilities near his totem.
Reactivate the ability to command the totem to attack a specific target.

Active: | Cooldown: 90 seconds
Activate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second and causes the next healing the target receive to be increased by 25%. Unleash Life can be cast near Ancestral Totem.
Cannot be used on Muln.

Purifying Waters (Talent)
Active: | Cooldown: 120 seconds
Activate to remove all Stun, Root, Slow, and Silence effects from allied Heroes near Muln and his totem. If Purifying Waters removes a disabling effect from an ally, heal them for 15% of their maximum Health.

Toggle | 30 Mana + 10 Mana per second | Cooldown: 6 seconds
Conjure soothing rain around Muln or his totem, healing nearby allies for 120 (+4% per level) Health every second.

Ancestral Echo
Active | 80 Mana | Cooldown: 90 seconds
After a 1 second cast, put enemies near Muln and his totem to Sleep, rendering them unable to act for 6 seconds. Sleep's effects end instantly if the target takes damage after the first 0.5 seconds.
Level 1 Talents
Swelling Waves (! Quest) Use Healing Wave 100 times. (! Reward) Healing Wave will heal an additional 142 (+4% per level) Health after 3 seconds. Passive: Reduces Healing Wave's Mana cost to 40.
Frost Shock
Earth Shock slows enemy Move Speed by 40% for 2 seconds.
Stormstrike
Cooldown: 15 seconds Active: Maelstrom can be activated to deal 165 (+4% per level) Damage to an enemy and gain a stack of Maelstrom.
Level 4 Talents
Riptide
Healing Wave heals for an additional 64 (+4% per level) over 3 seconds. If the target is below 50% Health, this heal amount is increased by 100%. Can stack up to 2 times.
Flame Shock (! Quest) Hit 3 enemy Heroes with Earth Shock 20 times. (! Reward) Earth Shock deal an additional Damage equal to 3% of the targets maximum Health over 3 seconds. Can stack up to 2 times.
Spirit Link Totem
Allied Heroes near Ancestral Totem gain 15 Spell Armor. If the target ally is below 50% Health, the Spell Armor gain is increased to 30. Passive: Ancestral Totem gain 30 Spell Armor.
Level 7 Talents
Wellspring
Healing Wave heals nearby allies for 94 (+4% per level) Health. Wellspring will apply Swelling Waves and Riptide.
Earthliving Shock
Earth Shock heal Muln for 7.5% of his maximum Health.
Unleash Life
Cooldown: 90 seconds Active: Activate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second and causes the next healing the target receive to be increased by 25%. Unleash Life can be cast near Ancestral Totem. Cannot be used on Muln.
Level 10 Talents
Healing Rain
Cooldown: 6 seconds Toggle: Conjure rain to heal nearby allies for 120 (+4% per level) Health every second.
Ancestral Echo
Cooldown: 90 seconds Active: Put nearby enemies to Sleep, rendering them unable to act for 6 seconds.
Nature's Aftershock
Earth Shock deal an additional 225 (+4% per level) in the target area after 3 seconds.
Flametongue Totem
Ancestral Totem deal 50% increased damage and grant 1 additional stack of Maelstrom with each attack.
Level 16 Talents
Rippling Waters
Healing Wave gain a second charge. Healing Wave charges will not consume Maelstrom stacks.
Protection Totem
Allied Heroes near Ancestral Totem gain 500 Bonus Health, and for 2 seconds after leaving Protection Totem's area of effect.
Windsong
Basic Attacks prolong the Earth Shock effect by 0.75 seconds, up to 3 seconds. Passive: Increases Attack Speed by 30%.
Level 20 Talents
Rainfall
Healing Rain can be conjured around an allied Hero. Passive: Gain 5 Armor for each stack of Maelstrom.
Breaking Slumber
The next damage done to a Sleeping target are increased by 200%.
Purifying Waters
Cooldown: 120 seconds Active: Activate to remove all Stun, Root, Slow, and Silence effects from allied Heroes near Muln and his totem. If Purifying Waters removes a disabling effect from an ally, heal them for 15% of their maximum Health.
