Combat Trait

EMERALD DREAM
Heal an ally for 500 hp over 8 seconds. Taking damage will interrupt this effect.

40 sec cd per target.


Possible talents:
20- if its interrupted heal for 50% of remaining heal immediately.
16 if it lasts its full duration, heal for additional 10% of targets max hp.
4 also refund 2% mana per sec.
1- collecting regen globes reduce cd by 10, callect 20 to increase the total duration by 3 seconds.
- global range (im not sure if its a good idea)

Primary Abilities

dreamers breath
Release a slow moving wave of energy dealing 150 damage to enemies in a large cone in front of you. And mark enemies for 5 seconds.

Aa marked targets 2 times will put a target to sleep for 2.5 seconds.

7 sec cd.
50 mana.


Possible talents:
4 next aa hits 2 additional targets
7 hitting enemy heroes reduce all EMERALD DREAM active cd by 2 seconds.
1 putting an enemy to sleep restores 10 mana and heals you for 5% of your max hp.

slumber
Make the target take 50 damage per sec for 2 seconds and reduces its damage by 25%. if the target aa or use any ability refresh the duration.

Aa vs affected targets slow it by 25% for 1 sec.

12 sec cd.
60 mana.


Possible talents:
4 aa deal 100% more damage to affected targets.
13 aa increase damage reduction by 5% up to 50%.
7 the damage is increased by ~8% each second its active up to 40%.
20- your aa also refresh the duration.

spirit form
After 1 sec delay enter the dream realm. Gain 30% speed, unstoppable, ignore body blocking and evade all aa for up to 4 seconds. You cant cast any ability or aa for the duration.
Reactivate to cancel

10 sec cd. after the duration ends
40 mana.


Possible talents:
13 if you are under 25% hp heal for 40 per sec. refresh cd when your hp gets below 25%, 45 sec cd.
7 gain 30 spell armor for the duration.
7 you can cast abilities while active.

Secondary Abilities

blessing of emrald (20 talent)
Bless an ally target. When it takes fatal damage the bless is automatically activated, making the target invulnrable and invisible for the next 3 seconds, while healing it for 10% of its max hp and increase its speed by 30%. the character cant use abilities or aa for the duration. The bless persists indefinably until activated, and only go on cd if so. there can be only one target at a time.

80 sec cd. 5 sec cd to switch target

Heroic Abilities

AWAKENED
Take your aspect form of a dragon for the next 4 seconds rooting yourself in place and gain 35 armor. Every 0.75 sec deal 100 damage to any enemy that aa or use abilities within a large aoe around you, and heal all allies in the aoe for 35% damage done.

80 sec cd.
70 mana.


increase damage by 25%, and reduce cd by 3 with each hit.

BANISH
Medium range skillshot. Hits the first enemy hero, teleport both the enemy and you back to the respective Hall Of Storms (you return to yours and the enemy to his).

60 sec cd.
70 mana.

I would say that her W is broken. 150 damage and 25% reduction for 2.5 seconds seems fair, especially if you add slow component to that. Then, it is point and click, which is strong for 10 seconds cooldown. However, when you give reset to that every time enemy deals damage, it gets really OP. It is either infinite duration(on lower ranks players don't stop attacking, look at Kharazim's R) or 2.5 seconds polymorph with slow and DOT. I think you should prolong the cooldown or/and make one enemy limit.

Also, her R Banish is too strong. Teleporting an enemy to base means removing him from the fight approximately 15 seconds(if the objective is in the middle). This is OP, considering Maiev gives her enemy 4 second stasis. That said, it cannot be used for securing kill. However, if you remove healer from teamfight for so long, his team is in huge disadvantage. What I recommend you is to either add more counterplay by making the skillshot extremely slow or nerfing the effect by giving enemy movement speed bonus, like Junkrat gets after using his ult. My other nerf idea is that it sends both enemy and Ysera to their respective Halls of Storm.

Overall good concept, really feels like Ysera. I want this to grow. If you want, I can(but not very quickly) draw some HD icons for these abilities to make them look more modern. Also, I can make a splash art for Ysera, so it will attract eye more. Maybe later, if everything is finished, I will design some VFX.

Thank you so much on the replay!

W Slumber- It was indeed broken, I wanted to keep the infinite duration mechanism so I've reduced its damage duration and slow amount, while also increased the cd. So its easier to get rid of and not as effective.

R Banish- I agree with you it was a bit too much. i wouldn't change just the skillshot speed because than with a bit help of cc it would be op again. I really liked your idea of sending both enemy and Ysera to their respective Halls of Storm! I also increased the cd so it will be less spamable.

I'm honored you want to make stuff for this concept! and I'll be more than happy for some HD icons and anything you want to make! so you are welcomed to do whatever you would like! at your own pace of course.

I will try to make something for you soon then. Do you have some specific wishes for these icons? I have some ideas myself.

D - green, shiny spiral is okay. All I have to do is to avoid overlap with Alextrasza's Q.
Q - some green flame is the most obvious, unless you want that dragon head to stay.
W - sleeping eye is fine. However, I wonder whether its icon should look more offensive. It is up to you.
E - what about bluish silhoutte of running Ysera?
R1 - open draconic eye shining with colourful light, just like in canon describtion of her eyes.
R2 - this really depends on how do you imagine the teleport animation. I think, the ult could be first shiny projectile and then enemy and Ysera fading away, however, you might prefer something more flashy. Maybe pushing both players into base but that would mean some delay in the teleportation time, which would affect balance. Again, up to you.
