Tier 1

Lightfoot: Stealth instantly, lower the cooldown by 8 seconds
Seasoned Marksman: For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 2 Minion kills.

Tier 2
Focused Attack: Every 10 seconds, your next Basic Attack deals 75% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
Blown Across the Room: Spread Shot knocks enemies away
Urgent Questing: Increase movement speed by 10%. Gain another 10% increase for 5 seconds after completing an objective
Gathering Power: Passively grants 5% Ability Power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15%. This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death.

Tier 3
Mercenary Lord: Siege and Bruiser Mercenaries near your hero deal 50% more damage.
Plasma Grenade: Hover Grenade damage against non-heroic targets is increased by 40%
Out-of-Combat Healing: When in Stealth for 3 seconds or more, increase Health regen by 4 (+0.25 per level)
Pepper Shots: Basic Attacks deal 50% splash damage around the target

Tier 4
W.A.S.P. Swarm: Heroic Ability
Androthi Lightstone: Heroic Ability

Tier 5
Giant Killer: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's max Health.
Carpet Bomb: When Hover Bomb hits a target before it reaches the end of its path, the rest of the path is dealt splash damage
Crippling Shot: Spread Shot slows enemies by 50% for 1 second
Tight Pellet Spread: Increase Basic Attack range by 30%.

Tier 6
Stoneskin: Activate to gain 30% of your Max Health as a Shield for 5 seconds.
Sawed-Off Shotgun: Spread Shot arc is increased by 25% and damage is increased by 15%
Permanent Sneak: Whenever possible, Sneak will activate after being out of combat for 3 seconds, and the movement speed penalty is removed
Liquified Ground: Hover Grenade leaves a zone on impact that deals splash damage each second for 3 seconds.

Tier 7
W.A.S.P.Remote Hive: W.A.S.P.s now target your current target if it is a Hero or a Structure.
Blessing of Thoros: Increases duration of Androthi Lightstone by 30%, increases the Attack Speed bonus by 10%, and reduces the duration of Disables by 30%
Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
Rewind: Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities.
