Godfrey

Lord of Shadowfang Keep

His attack speed and damage are slower than most Assassins to balance with his Combat Trait.

Godfrey is a mixed glass cannon, while most of his damage is based off his Cursed Bullets he can still choose a viable Basic Attacker build. The talents on his Q increase his utility and survivability, while his W may keep enemies at bay while he heals off with E. Both his heroics are heavily based on his Q, the first one has a good damage and spreads his Q to all afflicted enemies making him a great addition to a Wombo team, on the other hand, his second heroic abuses from a heavy defensive team that can keep him alive while he rains down DoTs on the enemies

The drawbacks are his vulnerability, lack of escapes and easily screwed up by CC

Quoted:
"Reapplying the curse will refresh the duration and add 50% of the damage" => what do you mean by add 50% of the damage ?

Considering you deal 24 basic attack damage at level one + Cursed Bullets 6 every 0.5 second
At your first attack you will deal 24 damage and apply Cursed Bullets, which deal 6 damage every 0.5 up to 2 seconds (24). Your next attack will deal 24 and reapply the Cursed Bullets, meaning you will add 50% of it (12) so the target will have a DoT of 24+12 you reapplied, so every time you attack him his DoT will increase by 12

With you hero I would use the following build :
Banshee Curse, Augmented Bullets, No Remorse, UNHOLY FRENZY, Giantbane OR Curse of Weakness, Curse of Exhaustion, Killing Machine.

Well usually the level 16 talents are game changing for the hero. I think the level 16 talents are a bit underwhelming for Godfrey here, since as you said it yourself; if you added blood for blood, it would be a no-brainer.

The point is: I tried to make him an "ability based auto-attacker" - you will use the Cursed Bullets really often - that's why you'd like some mana regen.
Blood for Blood or Stoneskin would be no-brainers that way.
About Spellshield I don't really know why I didn't add it.

I absolutely love the originality. Although I do not know how one can be afflicted by ghouls. Two things I would like to mention regarding the talents though: Conjurer's pursuit is not a ranged assassins talent, and Will of the Forsaken doesnt fit him lorewise, id rather go with the usual blood for blood or something of the sort. Spell shield and stoneskin are good talent choices considering this hero is severely lacking in defensive abilities or stats. You might think that his healing is enough to sustain him, but ranged squishies that are focused tend to drop rather quickly regardless of how much they can lifeleech, this is when spellshield and stoneskin come in.
