When a Grim Patron is below 75% health, spawn another Grim Patron. For every Grim Patron, all Grim Patrons receive -5% Health and Attack, with a maximum of 95% reduction. You can have a maximum of 20 Grim Patrons active at once. All Grim Patrons attack the same target and move in the same direction.

All Grim Patrons take 33% of their maximum health in damage. Spawn a Grim Patron for every Grim Patron affected.

All Grim Patrons cannot be reduced below 1% Health for the next 3 seconds.

All Grim Patrons receive a 50% movement speed bonus for 4 seconds.

Grim Patrons now spawn when another Grim Patron is below 50% health instead of 75% health for 10 seconds.

All Grim Patrons and target enemy hero become drunk for 5 seconds. When drunk, characters use abilities randomly and cannot control movement.

All Grim Patrons spread out in a drunken fashion, returning after 2 seconds.
