Combat Trait

Element Armor
Cooldown: 2 seconds

Toggle between 3 types of armor. Each type has a passive effect and an activateable effect (using your "E" Ability). Activateable effects share a cooldown.

Passive: Everytime you get attacked, release a Shock Pulse, that deal [damage] to the attacker and nearby enemies. This effect can only occur every 2 seconds.

Active: Teleport trough the ether to target location.

Ice Armor
Passive: Every 8 seconds, you get a shield of 10% of your max health.

Active: Release a Frost Nova, rooting nearby enemies for 1 second.

Energy Armor
Passive: Double your base mana and health regeneartion and reduce the duration of silences, stuns, roots, slows and polymorphs by 30%.

Active: Invoke a bubble of time and space at target location, reducing enemy movement speed by 30% and attack speed by 50% for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 seconds

Hurl an Orb of pure energy in target direction, that explodes on contact, dealing [damage] to the target and nearby enemies.

Cooldown: 12 seconds

Discharge a wave of pure energy, dealing [damage] and knocking enemies back.

Unleash the Element of your Armor. Each type of Armor has a different effect.

Cooldown: 13 seconds
Requires: Energy Armor

Invoke a bubble of time and space at target location, reducing enemy movement speed by 30% and attack speed by 50% for 3 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Black Hole
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Conjure a Black Hole on target location, that activates after 2 seconds. The Black Hole draws enemies in its center and deals [damage] per second. Lasts 2 seconds.

Mirror Image
Mana: 70
Cooldown: 70 seconds

Summon 2 illusionary duplicates of youself, that mimic your actions, dealing 40% of your damage. Those duplicates have 50% of your health and last 12 seconds or until they are killed.

Talents

Tier1 (1)
Improved Armor: Increase the effect of the passive effect by 50%. (150% damage, 15% shield, 150% increased reg and 45% cc duration reduce)
Brute Force: Wave of Force knocks enemies further away.

Tier2 (4)
Impactful Wave: Wave of Force repels projectiles back to the attacker for 50% of the damage/effect.
All in One: After switching Armor, the passive effect of the previous Armor persists for another 8 seconds.
Gathering Power
Envenom

Tier3 (7)
Arcane Explosion: Arcane Orb penetrates enemies and can be activated to explode, increase the range by 30%
Perfect Wave: Wave of Force returns to you after 1 second, dealing 75% of the damage.
Improved Elements: Teleport: 25% increased range; Frost Nova: Deal [damage]; Slow Time: Enemy Projectiles travel at 20% speed.

Black Hole
Mirror Image

Tier5 (13)
Obliteration: The Orb gets bigger the longer it travels, increasing its damage up to 30% (40% with range upgrade)
One with the Elements: Unleash Elements cooldown is reset, when you change Armor. 30 seconds cooldown
Spell Shield
Iceblock

Tier6 (16)
Arcane Instability: Arcane Orb stuns enemies struck for 1 second.
Poison Armor: Enemies struck by your Unleash Elements are vurneable, taking 25% increased damage for 3 seconds.
Blood for Blood
Familiar: A Familiar is summoned, that attacks enemies, dealing [damage] and adds another passive effect to your Element Armors.
    Storm Armor: Your Basic Attack becomes a Shock Pulse.
    Ice Armor:Your Basic Attacks slow enemies, reducing their movement and attack speed by 25%.
    Energy Armor: If you take damage, that exceed 15% of your max health, reduce it by 75%. This effect can only occur every 20 seconds.

Tier7 (20)
Supernova: Increase the radius by 25% and Black Hole Explodes for [damage], when it expires.
Deadly Image: Summon 3 duplicates which deal 60% of your damage and explode for [damage] if they get killed or expire.

I feel that fire is sad. I like the idea of the rotations of elements. I'm thinking in a character that is completely based on that.

Another point is that maybe you want an early Rewind not at 20 or make your CD's a bit shorter. Unleash elements for example you only cast 1 per fight if you cast the first one right away.
