I like the concept but I agree that most of the abilities are pretty op, but since this is a concept the page there's no harm in dreaming big! though abilities 1 and 3 and his 2nd ult seem pretty interesting if it was tweaked toward actual gameplay

I really liked this hero, actually i liked it so much i would pay real money to get it the time it gets into the game but you should lower the silence duration for trait to 0.5 as silence is a very important thing in this game , actually in every game but especially in a game which has no items.

Pretty standard hero. I don't see any major problems except combat trait. 1.25 silence every time I use an ability is a pretty op thing. I mean when you fight a hero in the game you don't use only 1 ability. you use every one of them as fast as you can. This gives you serious delay. Especially for character who depend on low cooldowns and consecutive ability usage. All in all I like the traits and I like the abilities.
