General of the Sentinel Army

Shandris is one of the most loyal warriors in Tyrande Whisperwind's employ. A fearless archer and huntress, Shandris stood by Tyrande's side through the millennia of solitude that kept her away from her love, Malfurion. Shandris came to lead a cadre of Sentinels known as the Shadowleaves. Now she enters the Nexus ready to defend her allies.

Combat Trait

Sting [D]
Activate to cycle through your different stings. Hit an enemy with Chimaera Shot to apply the currently active sting to your target.

Serpent Sting: Deals 100 (+4%) damage over 10 seconds. Enemy heroes cannot hearth while affected by Serpent Sting.

Viper Sting: Reduce the target's spell damage by 20 for 10 seconds.

Scorpid Sting: Slow the enemy's movement speed by 20% that decays over 10 seconds.

Focus
Shandris does not use mana, instead she relies on focus to execute her Chimaera Shot and Bursting Shot. Her basic attacks and Arcane Shot will restore her Focus. Each basic attack will restore 5 focus. When out of combat for 3 seconds her focus will decay over time. When reaching maximum focus her basic attacks and abilities will deal 25% more damage and her focus will now only decay after 10 seconds out of combat.

Primary Abilities

Chimaera Shot [Q]
Fire a two headed shot that deals 120 (+4) damage to the first enemy hit and apply your currently active sting. Hitting an enemy that already has an active sting with the same sting, will refresh its duration and cause a special effect depending on the currently active sting:

Serpent Sting: Instantly deal 65% of the total damage dealt by Serpent Sting.

Viper Sting: Increase the damage of your next Arcane Shot by 20%.

Scorpid Sting: Blind the target for 1.5 seconds.

Focus Cost: 40

Cooldown: 8 Seconds

Arcane Shot [W]
Shoot an arcane arrow at your target that deals 90 (+4.0%) damage and restore 30 focus.

Cooldown: 15 Seconds

Bursting Shot [E]
Fires an explosion of bolts at all enemies in front of you, knocking them back and dealing 60 (+4.0%) damage and slowing them by 20% for 4 seconds.

Focus Cost: 60

Cooldown: 18 Seconds

Heroic Abilities

Piercing Shot [R]
A powerful shot that after 1.5 seconds, hits it's target for 700 (+4%) damage. The shot pierces all enemies in it's path but each pierce will reduce it's damage by 50 (+4%). The shot will not pierce enemy structures.

Prayer of the Moon Goddess [R]
Hurls magical bolts from your location at nearby enemies dealing 500 (+4%) over 4 seconds.

Cooldown: 70 Seconds

Talents

Tier 1:



Trailblazer: Your movement speed is increased by 30% if you have not attacked for 3 seconds.

Arcane Focus: Quest: Hit 30 enemy heroes with Arcane Shot. Reward: Arcane Shot gains an extra charge.

Serpent Wrath: Serpent Sting now deals 200 (+4%) damage over 10 seconds.

Forest Huntress: Your vision and basic attack range is increased by 2 when not in a lane.


Tier 2:



Venomous Huntress: Quest: Hit 20 enemy heroes with Chimaera Shot. Reward: Chimaera Shot gains a second charge and costs 50% less Focus.

Careful Aim: Your Chimaera Shot and Arcane shot deal 20% additional damage against targets above 80% health and a further 30% damage over 8 seconds.

Lone Wolf: Increase your damage by 15% while allied heroes are not nearby.


Tier 3:



True Aim: Each successive basic attack, Arcane Shot or Chimaera Shot fired at the same target, increases the damage those shots deal by 2% stacking up to 8 times.

Crippling Shot: Bursting shot's slow is increased to 40%.

Sniper Shot: Take a sniper's stance and after 1 second fire a well aimed shot dealing 200 (+4%) damage and increasing the range of your Arcane Shot and Chimaera Shot by 40% for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds


Tier 4:

Tier 5:



Rapid Fire: Increase your basic attack speed by 40%.

Serpent Kiss: Serpent Sting will deal an extra 1% of your target's max health every second while active.

Viper Kiss: Arcane Shot will deal 50% of an enemy hero's current mana as extra damage as long as they are affected by Viper Sting.

Scorpid Kiss: Enemy heroes hit by Scorpid Sting's special effect receive 25% of their basic attack damage every time they basic attack for 4 seconds.


Tier 6:



Disengage: Activate to leap away from the direction you are facing. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

T.N.T.: Reduce the cooldown on Bursting Shot by 10 seconds and increase it's damage and knockback by 100%.

Scorpid Curse: Scorpid Sting reduces the target's damage by 15%.


Tier 7



Piercing Focus: Expend all your remaining focus to increase the damage of Piercing Shot by the same percentage that was expended.

Moon Goddess' Fury: Prayer of The Moon Goddess' duration is increased by 2 seconds and its range is increased by 25%. While active, Arcane Shot has no cooldown.

Poison Tipped Arrows: Basic Attacks refresh the duration of the currently active sting on your target and your basic attack range is increased by 2.

Sniper Training: Range of all your basic abilities and Piercing Shot is increased by 25%.

Chimaera Sting: Chimaera Shot now applies all stings and its cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.

Just one quick comment, Great concept, but Blizzard has said that they will not introduced mana burning/stealing abilities into the game. So if you wanted this kit to be realistic representation, you may want to rework Viper Sting.
Arcane Shot could still work, you could easily make a mechanic where her spells cost a lot of mana, but maybe Viper Sting restores mana at the tradeoff of obviously doing low damage.
Chimera shot is a great idea, the damage option, a mana option, and a cc option. Only issue is, a 2 second silence on a 8 second CD is kinda crazy. there are plenty of way to adjust that though, uses a ton more mana so you cant keep doing it, higher cd on Scorpid sting Chimera shot, etc.
Bursting shot is a solid ability, fits very well on a ranged assassin with limited escapes.
Rapid Fire is a solid Ultimate as well, no huge issues other than witha few of your talents could get out of hand.
Prayer of the Moon Goddess fits in well with a setinals kit, only issue i have is it sounds a lot like Tyrandes starfall. And with a kit that seems to be focusing a lot on Shandris's archery, having such a magic based abiltiy seems a tad out of place. Maybe try to edit it thematically? like have her shoot moonlight infused arrows to nearby enemies?
Honestly this is a good concept, and with a few tweeks I can honestly see this being in the game. Well done.

Thanks man. Yeah I see what you saying regarding the Silence thing maybe I could reduce it to 1 second or 0.5 seconds. Also Prayer of The Moon Goddess is kind of her thing from WOW. It is her signature move so I kind of felt I had to put it in. I think for HOTS it would work a bit more like TLV boat ultimate as in they orbs would just fly to enemies within the AOE. Still ranged but picked for an Arcane Arrow build. Gives her a spell damage option for an ultimate. Originally she was very much like Hanzo is now, so I had to rework her as more of sustained damage hero that can time a burst with her Serpent Sting, which would require good timing for your next Chimaera Shot.
