Dwarven Marksman (Work in Progress)

Talents

Level 1:

Long Rifle
Increase the range of your basic attacks by 20%.

Sniper Scope
Increase the casting range of your Black Gunpowder further by 25% but increases the channel time by 1 second.

Shrapnel Blasters
Fragmentation Shells deal 25% more damage.

It's A Machete!
Increase the radius of Have A Knife! by 25%.

Master Marksman
For every 6 enemy Minion or Mercenary kills near your Hero, increase the ability power of all basic abilities by 2. Hero Takedowns count as 3 Minion kills.



Level 4:

Murky Gunpowder
Upon bullet impact, slow the target of Black Gunpowder by 70% that decays over 1.5 seconds.

Time To Go!
Have A Knife! grants 10% movement speed bonus even if it not hits an enemy Hero. Each enemy Hero hit by Have A Knife reduces its cooldown by 1 second.

Gathering Power
Hero takedowns increase Ability Power by 2.00%, to a maximum of 30.00%. This bonus Ability Power is lost on death.

Envenom
Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 366.08 (+4% per level) damage over 10 seconds.



Level 7:

Heated Barrel
After using an ability, your next basic attack has 20% increased range and 50% increased damage.

I'm Your Shooter!
Basic attacks deal 150% more damage on minions and mercenaries.

A Knife In A Jungle
Enemies hit by Have A Knife! when you are inside a bush (or alike) are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

This Is My... BOOMSTICK!
Fragmentation Shells also knock enemies back.



Level 10:

Rocket Jump!
Deal damage to enemies around you then jump to a nearby target location. Enemies that are hit by Rocket Jump! are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds.

Mortar Combat!
Channel for 2.5 seconds to load up a mortar then launch a mortar bomb to deal heavy damage to a wide area and leave the ground burning for 4 seconds to deal moderate damage to enemies stepping on it.
The impact damage of the mortar bomb deals 200% more damage to structures.



Level 13:

Locked and Loaded
Gain one additional charge for Black Gunpowder and decrease its channeling time by 1 seconds

I'll Take Care Of It
Increases Black Gunpowder's damage proportionally to the distance travelled by the projectile before it hits the target.

I've Got The Beasts On My Sights!
When Fragmentation Shells hit an enemy, your attack speed will increase by 100% for 4 seconds.

Good Knife, Sweet Dreams
Increase the initial damage of Have A Knife! by 300% if the enemy's health is below 30%.



Level 16:

Armor-piercing Rounds
When Black Gundpowder hits the target, it makes the target Vulnerable and receive 25% more damage for 2 seconds.

Shoot To Kill!
When Black Gunpowder kills an enemy Hero, it can be casted again for free within 3 seconds but it will deal 50% less damage.

I Shot A Sheriff!
When Fragmentation Shells hit an enemy Hero, your basic attack damage will increase by 40% for 4 seconds.

Overdrive
Activate to increase Ability Power by 25.00% and Mana costs by 40% for 5 seconds.



Level 20:

FIRE!
While you are in the air during Rocket Jump!, you perform a barrage of explosive shots to the area near your target location dealing damage to enemies caught in the barrage.

Homing Missile
Instead of targeting an area where the mortar bomb will land, you will target an enemy that your mortar bomb will chase.

Nexus Frenzy
Increases Attack Speed by 20.00% and Attack Range by 20%.

Bolt of the Storm
Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
