Chief Scientist of the Hyperion


Description:
Egon Stetmann was once a Dominion scientist, working on a force field project, but after he found out about experiments with humans, he fled to Deadman's Port where he had trouble with the criminals on the planet. Before being executed, however, Jim Raynor was able to rescue him and recruit him as a Raider.

Level 1 Stats:
Health ~ 1415 (+4% per lvl) / Health Regeneration ~ 2.99 per second (+4% per lvl)
Damage ~ 60 (+4% per lvl) / Attack Speed ~ 1.01 per second 
Mana ~ 500 (+4% per lvl)/ Mana Regeneration ~ 3 per second (+4% per lvl)

Overview:
Stetmann will be more of a "Anti-Mage" support, similar to how the Brood War Science Vessel was a Anti-Spell caster. He will bring a lot of utility but he will not be a good "solo Suport", He'll have healing, but its use will be limited, also instead of a flat number his heal is % based, which makes him realy good with a Warrior focused team, but his niche will be as a Anti-Mage. He can be good against burst damage Mages, like Li-Ming or Kael'thas, against sutained damage Mage, like Gul'dan (This Build is also good aginst DoTs based heroes, like Lunara and Nazeebo), and also, he can be a good Anti-Stealth hero.

Combat Trait

Selfix Drone
Ability Key: D

Put a drone on a target. If the target didn't take any damage for 4 seconds, the drone heals him for 1% of his maximun health per second.

Note: Basicly Muradin's Second Wind, but you can chose the target.

Gives the target 35 Magic Armor for 4 seconds

EMP Shockwave
Ability Key: W
Mana Cost: 35
Cooldown: 10 seconds

After 0.5 seconds, launch a round that deals 103 damage(100% more against shields) and makes the targets Manaless* for 3 seconds.

*Manaless: Think this as a poor man silence, the target loses his mana regen and current mana for a time, but he can regain mana by things like healing foutains and globes or Malfurion's Innervate, or talents like Kharazim's Insight or Uther's Hammer of the Lightbringer, and targets who don't have mana will not be afected by it. After the time had ended all of the target mana losed will return.

Mana Cost: 25
Cooldown: 9 seconds

Target deal 72 (+4% per level) damage per second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds

Cooldown: 9

Creates a generator that damages 10% of enemy heroes mana and making then Manaless* for 2 seconds each 4 seconds for 20 seconds. The generator can be destroyed.

Health ~ 715 (+4% per lvl)

Note: The range is about the same of Thrall's Earthquake.

Cooldown: 60

For 10 seconds, Defensive Matrix cooldown is reduced by 7 seconds and gain one more charge.

[Level 1]
-Titan Reactor
Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 3 per second.
Reward: After gathering 15 Globes, reduces coldown of your basic abilities by 1 second.
Reward: After gathering 30 Globes, increase your maximum Mana by 150.
-Energy Inefficiency(W)
Quest: Hiting heroes with EMP Shockwave it also damages Enemy Heroes Mana by 0.5% of their maximun Mana, up to 15% of maximun Mana.
Reward: After hiting 15 heroes increases radius of EMP Shockwave by 20%.
Reward: After hiting 30 heroes EMP Shockwave also Silences for 1 second.

Reveals enemies in a area.

[Level 4]
-Antipoison(Active)
Remove Damage Over Time efects.
-Advanced Defensive Matrix(Q)
Defensive Matrix now grants Protected, preventing all incoming damage for 1 second.
-Radiation Poisoning(E)
Irradiate deals 51(+4% per level) damage, stacking up 5 times, over 3 seconds.

[Level 7]
-Defensive Shield(Q)
Increases the duration of Defensive Matrix by 2 seconds, but Spell Armor given is reduced by 15.
-Radiation Cloud(E)
Increases Irrediate radius by 50%.
-Vanadium Plating(Trait)
Selfix Drone give 50 Spell Armor against the next enemy Ability and subsequent Abilities for 1.5 second.

-Zerg Adaptation(Q)
Defensive Matrix heal for the amount of damage prevented.
-Cloak Destabilizer(W)
EMP Shockwave prevents Heroes Enemies from cloaking for 5 seconds.
-Protoss Shields(Trait)
Selfix Drone gives a shield equal to 6% of the target Maximun Health, stacking up 5 times, that remains for 3 seconds.

[Level 16]
-Radiation Sickness(E)
Irradiate decreases enemy healing recived by 75% for 1 second.
-Ingenuity(Trait)
Selfix Drone also makes Allied Heroes cooldowns go 50% faster.
-Stabilizers(Q)
Defensive Matrix increases healing recived by 30%.

[Level 20]
-Electromagnetic Field(R)
Increases Manaless duration by 2 seconds, pulses also Silences Enemy Heroes for 1.5 seconds.
-Mobius Loop(R)
Decreases the cooldown of Defensive Drone by 20 seconds, and increases its duration by 4 seconds.
-Hardned Matrix(Q)
Defensive Matrix makes the target Unstoppable for 1 second, but increases its cooldown by 5 seconds.
-Selfix 2.0(Trait)
Selfix Drone now heal for 2% of the target Maximun Health and restores 1.5% of the target Maximun Mana.
