bun72's guide features a complete rundown of all of Jaina's talent choices and offers two different build paths: High Dmg Single Target or Anti-Dive.

Her "High Dmg Single Target" build is a great path to frosty cold destruction, taking advantage of her high single-target damage, which can be great on maps with PVE objectives such as Battlefield of Eternity.

In high pressure situations versus teams heavy with dive heroes (think Illidan or Genji, her "Anti-Dive" build best utilizes her defensive capabilities to still output significant damage while (ideally) not dying in the process.
