All the damage talents are terrible. You will make me sad and your teammates sad if you build damage.
Kharazim does his full damage without any talents. The only talent that will increase your damage noticably is Seven-Sided Strike. If you ever take Seven-Sided Strike over Divine Palm, you are literally worse than Hitler.

4: Foresight if you really hate stealthies.
4: Healing Totem if you want cry when it dies to Multishot.
7: Cleanse if you really hate CC.
13: Spell Shield if you hate mages.
13 : Relentless if you really really hate CC.
16: Soothing Breeze if you really really really hate CC.
20: Peaceful Repose if you are playing with a 2000 ping.
Just kidding, don't take Peaceful Repose. Everyone will be laughing at you. Practice instead.
