After Medivh's rework his hero damage can build up much more quickly over the match with Arcane Rift talents. This build focuses on two aspects:
1. It mainly tries to buff Arcane Rift.
2. It includes utility talents to help team mates with force of will when Arcane rift talents are not available options.

I've played about 12 matches in QM with this configuration and so far it has worked well.
