Used most of games, preferably against team with not too much initiation.
Replace 13C2 (Tempered by Discipline) with 13C3 (Gloom) against much magic damage.
Also 16C2 can be used instead of 16C3 at some maps to maintain 10 stacks of hatred.

If your team is missing mages, and got 1 too many AA heroes this is the choice. Also against teams with much initiation this can be preferably
