I agree with the assessment to all the talents, you have done. Great guide. I run very similar builds to yours, and I usually end up with most hero damage in the team, or close to it. Even as solo support.

However I think you can get more with some changes to your talent picks. Mostly at level 1. Celestial Attunement is the worst of the lot, as long as you can pick the right moments to use your abilities. Other than the first 3-4 minutes of the game, you should have no problems with mana. Ranger's Mark is far better option. In case you are fighting against range-heavy team, it can be hard to land Hunter's Mark, so taking Seasoned Marksman is the best option. And yeah AA Tyrande is suicidal play-style, however a bit more powerful punch to your AAs, is the only thing that can be useful from all the talents, when facing lots of range heroes. I am not suggesting you go ruining around, to farm minion kills for this talent, but in time it will give you a nice boost. With some good team-fights, you will complete the quest around level 16, without changing your play-style at all.

The other thing is, I believe you need at least 1 protection oriented talent, to justify taking a second support, instead of damage dealer. Overflowing Light is perhaps the best option, since it will make your mediocre heal into a powerful single-target ability, similar to Uther's Holy Light. And since your Light of Elune heals you as well, staying with full health is not a problem.

Storm Shield is also an option, however as you said Rewind is too good not to take. You get the power of all your abilities doubled. Perhaps the only hero, that benefits more from Rewind is Nova.

Still great start. I hope to see this guide updated in the future.
Good job and thumbs up.
