Pros:
You are very Mobile so the enemys can't even get near you
You deal a lot of damage on single targets what makes 1v1 very easy
Its pretty annoying for the enemy
You got a hell of a poke

Cons:
You got a lack of Crowd Control (CC) what makes it Hard to kill down Camps or big Minion waves
You are very squishy thats the reason why you should take Spell shield or Frost shot its you who makes the Game ;)

Thats my first Guide and I dont know how **** works but you really should try this build and if it makes fun give me a Thumb, so I can eat it
