Its 15 % ability Power, not 20.
U get 5% +2% per Kill up to 10%, that means a maximum of 15 percent. (5+10)

I actually wrote that guide when the game just started alpha. Since then abathur got nerfed and became slightly different. Also i didn't have too much time to update the guide but I agree with switfblades guide, abathur atm is not a big threat.

Well done! Interesting that you got Abathur as high threat while in Swiftblades guide it is low threat wtf?!.
