Rexxar [COMPLETE]

Champion of the Horde

Rexxar, Champion of the Horde, is a half-ogre, half-orc beastmaster of the Mok'Nathal clan, and may be one of the last half-ogres of the clan. He saved the city of Orgrimmar from the hatred of an enemy of the Horde. He was instrumental in assisting the Horde after the fall of the Burning Legion. Due to his mixed lineage, he is a towering and massively muscled warrior. Rexxar is always seen with his loyal bear companion Misha.

Combat Trait

Summon Misha
Rexxar summons his companion bear Misha, who has 200% of Rexxar's health, 33% of his attack speed and 100% of his damage. Misha can be mounted and remains until killed. 
Cooldown - 75% of time Rexxar would spent dead.

Primary Abilities

Chimera shot
Rexxar shoots an arrow that deals 100(+15 per level) damage in the main area and 50% of that damage on the sides.
Cooldown - 9 seconds.

Aspect of the Cheetah
Rexxar gains +20% movement speed and ignores movement penalty for 5 seconds.
Cooldown - 11 seconds.

Freezing trap
After channeling for 0.5 seconds, Rexxar plants a trap on the ground, that is invisible to enemies. Trap activates when an enemy steps on it and slows all enemies in radius by 30% for 3 seconds. Only two traps can be active at a time. Slows don't stack.
Cooldown - 10 seconds.

Secondary Abilities

Misha: Growl
Misha taunts targeted enemy hero, forcing him to attack Misha for 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown - 8 seconds.

Misha: Invigorating roar
Misha gives allied units in area bonus 20% damage for 4 seconds.
Cooldown - 12 seconds.

Misha: Monstrous strenght
Misha's attacks deal +30% damage to structures.

Heroic Abilities

Master's call
Rexxar re-summons Misha at any time and gains 1.5 seconds of invulnerability.
Cooldown - 70 seconds.

Tracking
Rexxar can always see enemy heroes on the minimap. Heroes are not recognizable. 

Special Mount

Ride Misha
Rexxar can mount Misha and move 20% faster. Damage taken doesn't dismount.

Description

The hero:

Rexxar is very complex hero that requires good macroing skills. His bear Misha is basically second hero player needs to control. His heroics are quite weaker compared to other heroes, however his and Misha's abilities and talents are compensating for that weakness. That's why I intentionally limited tier 7 talents to only upgrading his heroics, because giving Rexxar Nexus frenzy, Bolt of the storm or something like that would make him too powerful. The player has many choices as to how build Rexxar: improve his offensive abilities, hi's defence, make Misha much stronger or mix all of that.

Detailed explanation:

To ride his bear Rexxar needs to be in melee range with him. Misha will be dead for 75% amout of seconds Rexxar would spent dead if he was killed at the time. Obviously Rexxar can't mount if Misha is dead. Taking damage does not dismount Rexxar, but being silenced or stunned - does.
Enemis can see Rexxar bend on the knee when he places Freezing trap. If Trap specialist is taken, enemies only see Rexxar standing still for 0.5 seconds.
Misha's Growl(Including Bestial wrath if it was chosen) affects CC immune targets, but it can be removed with abilities that remove CC off the character(Cleanse for example).
Master's call can be used both, when Misha is dead to resurrect him, or when he's Alive to teleport him to Rexxar and gain invulnerability.
With Tracking Rexxar can see special "dots" on the minimap, representing enemy heroes that are not in the visible area. After getting Improved tracking Rexxar and his team see normal icons of enemy heroes, plus when looking at them(on main screen) a small icon is showing if they have heroics available.
Mastery: Beasts increases every effect in Misha's abilities and passives by 50%:
* Misha's Growl taunts for 2.25seconds(3 if Intimidation is chosen);
* Misha deals 45% bonus damage on structures;
* Misha's Invigorating roar grants 30% damage(and 22.5% attack speed if Savage roar is chosen) for 6 seconds.
* If Battle bear is chosen, it increases Misha's attack speed by 150%;
* Taunt of Bestial wrath(if Master's call is chosen) is increased to 1.12 seconds.

Talents

Tier 1:

1. Gladiator's longbow - Range of Chimera shot is increased by 35%;

2. Intimidation - Duration of Growl is increased by 0.5 seconds;

3. Posthaste - Rexxar becomes immune to slows while Aspect of the cheetah is active;

4. Seasoned marksman.

Tier 2:

1. Focused attack;

2. Careful aim - Rexxar's basic attacks penetrate shields and aren't affected by damage reduction;

3. Juggernaut - Misha becomes immune to slows, roots and silences;

4. Thrill of hunting - Rexxar's basic attack deal double damage to minions, mercenaries and summoned units.

Tier 3:

1. Eagle eye - Rexxar's basic attack range is increased by 25%;

2. Battle bear - Misha's attack speed is increased by 100%;

3. Quick feet - Cooldown of Aspect of the cheetah is reduced by 4 seconds;

4. Trap specialist - Max. amount of active traps is increased to 4 and enemies can no longer see Rexxar placing them.

Tier 4:

1. Master's call;

2. Tracking.

Tier 5:

1. Rapid fire - After landing 4 basic attacks on the same target Rexxar's attack speed is increased by 15% for 3 seconds;

2. Savage roar - Invigorating roar now also increases attack speed by 15%;

3. Lone wolf - Rexxar deals +35% damage when Misha is dead.

Tier 6:

1. Mastery: Beasts - Effectiveness of all Misha's abilities and passives is inreased by 50% ;

2. Mastery: Marksmanship - Rexxar's basic attacks and Chimera shot deal +10% damage and Chimera shot's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds;

3. Mastery: Survival - Rexxar's max. HP is increased by 20%, Freezing trap's slow is increased by to 60% and activation radius by 100%.


Tier 7:

1. Bestial wrath - Uponn being summoned by Master's call, Misha taunts nearby enemies for 0.75 seconds;

2. Improved tracking - Enemy heroes are now recognizable on the minimap, status of their heroic abilities is displayed and they're visible to Rexxar's allies.

I really liked the idea and since Rexxar is my 2nd favourite character in the Warcraft universe i would really appreciate it if this idea was to be official and got into the game.

So, here's a few things that bothered me ;

This is true, and what about not making the cooldown longer and making it get into cooldown once Misha is dead ? And since Misha is what completes Rexxar i think lowering the cooldown a bit would be better. Like it goes to cooldown after Misha dies and has a cooldown of 45-50 seconds because otherwise it would be really over-powered in early game. Also this kind of change would make the Master's Call a lot more useful.

One other thing is the Aspect Of The Cheetah , its a good ability but cc-invulnerability is so powerful in this game which cc is everthing since there is no items, so what about making the cc-invulnerability active for only first 2.5 or 3 seconds of the ability and let the movement boost continue for another 2 seconds after that ends ?

I'm really digging this hero. Especially 2nd heroic. It would be awesome to see that work. Rexxar calling out the shots and so on. On the other hand I still think it gives a very serious advantage to the team Rexxar is on. I think making it an active ability would balance it out. The problem is if you know where enemy is all the time then nobody can gank you, that is the unfair advantage I'm talking about, but if you make it an active ability you don't have that vision all the time and because of that you can't be all seeing guy who watches over everything. Kind of like a god. Still it is a good concept and I like it
