This build is for an all-tank Stitches, that, as a real Homer Simpson would do, focuses on being able to take lots and lots of blows without falling apart, thus improving your team's chances to survive. Use this if you don't have an already massive tank succh as Johanna or Muradin, and specially if the map allows for a lotof roaming such as Blackheart's Bay, that way your Stitches will be able to catch more and more Regeneration Globes, thus increasing more and more the heal of your Devour, wich you will want to focus on heroes at level 7+ in order to regenerate faster.
If you farm enough, you'll find yourself with a massive meatbag that will be very hard to remove.

Details: Putrid Bile and Gorge are perfectly valid for the Homer Stitches build. Put the one you like more, or the one your battleground favors most. Indigestion could be replace with Relentless, but I think, with all the times you are going to use Devour on heroes, retchlings can turn into an alternative damage dealing mechanism, while it keeps protecting your face.
