Threat Hero Notes
1
  No Threat
2
Li Li Very weak champion, you can kill her anytime you want once you get a few levels. She might escape though as she has heals.
3
  No Threat
4
Chen Whirlwind when he is using his heroic ability will negate almost all his damage as you are attacking multiple units.
5
  No Threat
6
Raynor Very annoying champion seeing as he can return to full health by using his heroic ability and can kite you for a little while.
7
Valla If she specs for 2x Vault she can kite you unless you change your spec to leap. If one of her mounts are down and you are mounted you can kill her easily enough.
7
Sgt. Hammer Most of the Sgt Hammer's are catchable but once all talents are unlocked and he is a good player, can be very hard to catch and can kite you untill you die/retreat.
8
Tassadar Inside Archon he is very powerful and can drop you quickly. When outside Archon he is not that strong but can still bait you with E.
9
  No Threat
10
Nova Nova by herself can be outplayed and killed at some points, but if mixed with an Abathur or Zeratul you might be in for a very hard time.

General Build and other Talents Top

In general this build is pretty solid for any teamcomposition, Seismic Slam does good enough damage to not need any upgrades. In some cases where you will need more waveclear/siege damage you can pick the talent Shattered Ground instead of Ferocious Healing.

In some games where you feel they always burst you down in teamfights when you go for your whirlwind you can swap out Enduring Whirlwind for Stoneskin.

The heal you get from Whirlwind and Ferocious Healing will be strong enough to keep you alive against most types of sustained damage, and is very strong in teamfights where you get to spin around their whole team.

If you are new to Sonya you might need to pick the Leap instead of Wrath of the Berserker so you can work on your decision making and when to go for a full engage and whatnot .

Thanks for reading, my name is Imperalz and I play mostly solo que with this build as it works great for most team compositions.

PS: I will add consistent updates to change in the meta and more threat levels vs other heroes if this gains any form of popularity. And here is a link to my HoTS Video's if you are interested in 3k+ mmr hotslogs gameplay https://www.youtube.com/user/Imperialzzz/videos

Why I chose these specific talents over others. Top

War Paint: None of the talents avaivable at level 1 on Sonya are any good, but this gives you the needed sustain to survive longer in early game.

Boon of the Ancients: There are multiple "decent" talent picks here but the reason you should take Boon of the Ancients is that it not only lets you keep up with an escaping enemy but it also help you keep your fury gains up. Taking Furious Blow's is a mistake as you are already starving for more fury.

Ferocious Healing: If you want to whirlwind an entire team and manage to stay alive for a good amount longer this is a great choice, the other talents here are also great - but this build focuses more on teamfighting and staying alive to do the damage.

Wrath of the Berserker: This will prevent you from being CC'ed as once you get to level 20 it will reduce all controls by a crazy 75%. Increased damage on your whirlwind means that you will also get more healing. But if you are bad with your positioning or still practicing you might want to take Leap and use it as an escape tool or for finishing a running enemy.

Dust Devils: Self explanatory, more whirlwind damage and more healing.

Enduring Whirlwind: Keeps you alive and spinning 50% longer - really my favourite talent.

Anger Management: Self explanatory.
