Fillet (Completed)

Kneecapper Extraordinaire

Fillet, Kneecapper Extraordinaire is a Gnomish Warrior. His name most likely granted due to his small size combined with that he seems to be an expert kneecapper - which again is a likely result of his height.

Fillet comes from the World of Warcraft TCG serier and does thus not have much of lore or a backstory, but what we do know from what little information we have is that he is not a Gnome to be trifled with. Now, Fillet has joined the Nexus and is prepared to deal damage from bellow.

Fillet utilizes the skills of a Fury Warrior, making him excel at damaging multiple targets at once and he gains power by doing so.

Baste stats:

- Base Health: 1891 (+4 %)
- Health regen: 3.87 (+4 %)

- Rage cpacity: 100
- Energy regen: 0

- Speed: 4.39

Basic attack:

Fillet attacks with his two axes, dealing damage with a regular range.

- Base damage: 121(+4 %)
- Attack speed: 1.58
- Attack range: 1.1

Combat Trait

1
D - Berserker Stance
Passive: Whenever Fillet takes a total of 300 (+ 4% per level) damage, he will become Enraged and deal 20% more damage, take 20% more damage and attack 75% faster for 4 seconds. This effect has a 30 seconds cooldown when triggered. Any critical hit he lands reduces the cooldown by 1.5 seconds. - Should chunks of health be chopped of which would equal multiple rounds of Enrage - he will get a longer Enrage. (Example: Should he lose 900 health at level 1 from ONE SINGLE attack / ability, his Enrage will last for 12 seconds)

Passive: Replaces Mana with Rage. Rage is generated by getting attacked and attacking. Fillet will generate 4 Rage per basic attack and 8 Rage per time he takes damage.

Activate: Become Frenzied, making your next 3 basic attacks land guaranteed critical hits, this effect ignores Block and similar basic attack blockers.

Rage: 35
Cooldown: 2 Seconds.
3
E - Rampage
Activate to enter a channeled Rampage, during this time you will flail around basic attacks constantly within a small frontal cone, during Rampage you count as both Frenzied and Enraged yet critical strikes will not reduce the cooldown of Enrage. Skin Suggestions

Basic Skin

Tint 1: Purple
Tint 2: Green
Tint 3: Red

For the master skin: Unlike most heroes who just get's a "beefed" up version of their basic skin - I was looking for something cooler and figured I'd pick out my most favorite World of Warcraft Warrior set which looks BADAA** on Gnomes for this guys Master Skin.

Tint 1: Light-Black
Tint 2: Brown
Tint 3: Dark-Black

Seen as he is a Gnome as well I figured some form of "Engineer gone crazy" with Razorblade swords would be cool, yet I have little in terms of links of that sadly.
