Skin suggestions

His basic skin would be equal to that of his most known appearance in World of Warcraft.

Tint 1: Gold and Blue
Tint 2: Purple and Silver
Tint 3: Red and Copper

Of course the Purple and Red tints will have the same "upgraded" effects such as the Gold tint has, with the books on the shoulders and so on - there just is no current version of the Purple and Red tint with the "Book on their Shoulders" appearance.

Master Skin: Tirion's Master Skin would take the form of the set he wore when invading Icecrown Citadel.

Tint 1: Purple
Tint 2: Green
Tint 3: Red / Copper

I know that "graphically" in terms of pixels the base skin looks better than the master skin at these images but that's because the base skin is a remodeled version of the gear Tirion used to wear which originally came from World of Warcraft's first expansion - The Burning Crusade, while the ones I gave link to is not even yet released in-game as of creating this concept. The ones I gave link to will appear around summer 2017 in the most recent expansion - Legion.

The Master Set is from Wrath of the Lich king, the second expansion and therefore looks worse than the re-worked base skin from Legion as per these links, but when imported into the game it would of course be changed to have the master skin look better. Or just swap them around if that floats peoples boat better.

With all these tints, Tirion would use his mace as shown in this picture: Mace. Of course with adjustments in color and appearance for the Master Skin.

While with Wake of Ashes talented he will use the Ahsbringer: This ba-a** blade with his Tint 1 basic skin

With his Master skin I figured Wake of Ashes would grant the Ashrbinger this appearance: Greatsword of the Righteous

An alternative purchase skin for those interested could be for him to look more like in his "earlier" days, with less of the super flashy armor: Grey tint
