Reynah Firecaster (Completed)

Fallen Fire Mage

Reynah Firecaster was a Blood Elf Mage of the Horde who was killed by the Scarlet Crusade alongside with the Forsaken Warrior, Barnabas Grell when they both sought out the Crusade to claim vengeance for the crimes they had committed which involved killing their loved ones, for Reynah in specific: to avenge her brother. Reynah however died before she could properly avenge his brother yet not long after her death, the leader of the Forsaken: Sylvanas Windrunner alongside the Dreadlord Varimathras came along and wiped out the entire Scarlet Camp at which where Reynah was killed alongside the camps Scarlet Leader, Renee Lauer whom Sylvanas Raised from the dead to become part of the Forsaken.

Not being able to properly avenge her brother, Reynah now turns her fire and anger to anyone who would dare to oppose her within the Nexus, allowing her to fight in order to protect her new companions while letting out the bruning claim for vengeance which is locked up inside.

Reynah takes on the role of a Ranged Assassin who focuses on Fire magic to deal devastating damage to her enemies.

Baste stats:


- Base Health: 1475 (+4 %)

Basic attack:


Reynah's basic attack consists of instant minor fire blasts which strikes her enemies, effectively giving her basic attack no travle time.

- Base damage: 76 (+4 %)
- Attack speed: 1.28
- Attack range: 5.5

Combat Trait

D - Bruning Determination
Passive: For each missing 10% health on the target your basic abilities deals damage to, your used ability to deal damage will get a 0.3 seconds reduced cooldown.

Activate: Increase your ability cooldown recharge rate by 2x for the next 4 seconds.

Mana: 35
Cooldown: 30 Seconds.

Primary Abilities

Q - Fire Spear
Once active you will gain 5 charges of Fire Spears, upon re-activating this ability you will send a Fire Spear in the chosen direction, this spear will pierce all targets in it's path yet it's damage decays for each target hit. The spears deals 402 (158 + 4% per level) damage to the first target hit followed by a damage decay for each consecutive target.

Mana: 45
Cooldown: 6 Seconds. (Cooldown starts after the last spear has been launched. Damage done by spears will correctly lower Fire Spears cooldown considering the passive trait function)

W - Burning Death Blossom
Enter a 2.5 seconds stance where you will stand still and deal 118 (65 + 4% per level) damage to all hostile units within 3 range of your each 0.5 second. During these 2.5 seconds you will gain 30 Spell and Physical Armor and each tick of damage you deal will serve to build damage to the Fire Blossom you will fire off once the 2.5 seconds ends in the direction you face. You can choose to end the Burning Death Blossom early by re-activating this ability - this will also turn the following Fire Blossom into a skill-shot rather than having it go if in the direction you face.

During Bruning Death Blossom you can turn your character but not move.

Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 Seconds. (Cooldown starts once the Fire Blossom has been launched. The cooldown will be lowered accordingly to the passive trait for damage dealt while Burning Death Blossom is active)

E - Seething Meteor
Launch a Meteor in the chosen direction which will explode for 489 (200 + 4% per level) damage to the first target hit. Once the Meteor explodes, it will send out 6 minor meteors in a hexagonal pattern from the center of the Meteors impact point. These small meteors will travle for a short distance and deal damage equal to your basic attack damage to the first target hit.

Mana: 75
Cooldown: 16 Seconds.

Secondary Abilities

W - Fire Blossom
Launch a Fire Blossom in the direction you face / choose. The Fire Blossom will deal 22 (47 + 4% per level) damage in a 4 range circular area (2 range out to each side from the center) to all units it crosses with it's path.

The Fire Blossom gains 33 damage per tick of damage done with the Burning Death Blossom before launching it.

Heroic Abilities

R - Prison of Flames
After a short delay - create a Fire Prison which lasts for 3 seconds at the chosen location which will lock-inn all targets caught in range. Once the Fire Prison is active it will be filled will flames, dealing 101 (52 + 4% per level) damage to all units inside each 0.25 second.

Mana: 85
Cooldown: 90 Seconds.

R - Smoldering Dragon
Start a 6 second stand-still channel which spawns a Smoldering Dragon which will chase it's own tail and form a large circle around you.

Enemies outside the Dragon can not pass trough it, and any abilities / skill-shots which hits the Dragon will be nullified. Trying to teleport / portal by any means past / trough the Dragon will simply knock the hero back to it's start position while placing the teleport / portal function on cooldown.

Any hostile hero caught inside the Dragon will take 79 (62 + 4% per level) damage each 0.5 second, and they can not leave the Dragons inner circle even by the means of teleportation or portals.

Reynah gains 75 Spell and Physical Armor while channeling this ability. Allied heroes can pass trough the Smoldering Dragon. You can cancel the Smoldering Dragon by re-activating the ability.

Cooldown: 120 Seconds.

Special Mount

Z - Wings of Fire
Reynah can use her fire magic to create wings of fire on her back, allowing her to travle at mount speed while hovering just above ground level.

Talents

Level 1


- Never ending hunger: Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases your maximum mana by 10.
Reward: After gathering 25 Regeneration Globes, increase your mana regeneration by 3.5 per second.

- Explosive Impact: Quest: Landing Seething Meteor on heroes will empower it.
Reward: After landing 15 Meteors on heroes, increase the damage and travel time by the minor meteors by 75%
Reward: After landing 30 Meteors on heroes, the meteor will now explode for area damage on impact rather than just damage the target hit.

- In flames: Bruning Determinations active ability now increases cooldown recharge rate by x3

- Stronger Determination: Burning Determination now reduces cooldowns by 0.4 seconds per 8% missing health.

Level 4


- Burning petals: Fire Blossom leaves a trail of fire which will burn for 25% of the blossoms damage for 3.5 seconds.

- Burning reach: Burning Death Blossom now works at 4 range up from 3 but it's duration is reduced to 1.5 seconds.

- Molten Armor: Every 10 Seconds you will gain 1 stack of Molten Armor which will cause 30% of the damage you take next to be reflected back to the enemy in the form of a damage over time dot that deals it's damage over 5 seconds. Maximum 2 stacks can be active at one time.

Level 7


- Blunted Spears: Fire Spear now longer pierces targets but deals area damage upon impact.

- Empowered flames: Fire Spear decays 50% less in damage for each consecutive target hit.

- Engulfed in Rage: Fire Spears are now wider and travels further but you can only activate 3 spears at the time down from 5.

- Ignited presence: You deal damage equal to your basic attack each 1 second to hostile units within 1.5 range.

Level 10 (Ultimates - R)


- Prison of Flames.

- Smoldering Dragon.


Level 13


- Scorch: Your basic attacks deal 50% more damage, gets 3 more range and increases your movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds.

- Combustion: Each 8th damaging attack you land will get a damage boost and deal 25% increased damage.

- Hindering flames: Your basic abilities will slow the movement speed and attack speed of the target hit by 20% for 1.25 seconds. This effect can only be active on 2 heroes at a time.

- Cauterize: When you take lethal damage you will be healed up to 50% of your total maximum health after which you will burn for 50% of your total health in damage over the next 5 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Level 16


- Unbound Flames: You can now move at normal speed while channeling Burning Death Blossom.

- Fire at will: Your Fire Spears will now all fire at once. (Similar to Li-Mings Missiles)

- Bypassing the weak: Seething Meteor will no longer detonate on minions and can only explode if hitting enemy heroes.

- Detonate: You can re-activate Seething Meteor to explode it at will, this will also launch the minor meteors.

Level 20


- Explosive Trap: Prison of Flames still has a short delay before activation yet if any enemy hero steps inside it's activation point even before it becomes active, the prison will go into lock-down immediately. The Prison also works in a larger area.

- Wings of the Dragon: You can now move during Smoldering Dragon, pushing enemies away as you move yet you will lose all the Spell and Physical Armor bonus.

- Frostfire Block: Activate to place yourself in Stasis and gain Invulnerability for 2 seconds. While in this Stasis is active, nearby enemies will burn for damage equal to your basic attack. Cooldown: 30 Seconds.

- Dance of Death: When Bruning Death Blossom ends it will now launch 6 Fire Blossoms in a hexagonal pattern.

- Rose of demise: Start a 5 second channel which will generate a ever growing circle of flames on the chosen location, after the 5 seconds this circle will blow up and deal 2848 (935 + 4% per level) damage to all enemies caught inside the circle. Cooldown: 120 Seconds.
