Generally, you took an existing blizzard character and then create abbility based on this lore. As I don't really know blizzard character, I did the contrary. The heroes here was created more because it was funny to do than to create a real heroes. Howover, I like the concept.

The heroes name is ???? because, as I said, I don't really know blizzard character, so I wasn't able to find a character matching my abilities idea. If you have suggestions, they are welcome.

Also, this heroes does not really have a defined role. So I choosed support.

HEALTH 750 (+115)
REGEN 1.5 (+0.25)

ATK SPEED 1.5 PER SECOND
DAMAGE 30 (+10)

Remark : he attack by throwing daggers.

Combat Trait

Swap Coin
No cooldown.

???? have a coin. By activating this power, we can swap the side of the coin (heads or tails). The side of the coin alter abilities. 

Primary Abilities

Die roll
Cooldown : 10s
Mana : 55

Throw a dice doing 40 (+10) damage to ennemy on its way.
When it stop, it explode and do damage. Does 10 (+5) damage multiplied by the dice result. The lesser the dice result is, the bigger the explosion area is.

Heads : The dice is more likely to do a little number (-1 to the result*)
Tails : The dice is more likely to do a big number (+1 to the result*)


* A number between 1 and 6 is rolled and then +1 or -1 is added, without going out of dice range. So if you roll a 6, the +1 does nothing. This also means if the coin is on Heads side you can't do a 1.

Split Fate
Cooldown : 15s
Mana : 70

Split the map in two depending upon the  targeted enemy hero (see picture, yellow circle is ????, red circle is the enemy targeted. Draw a lien between the two and you have the map splitted in two). 

After 5 seconds, if the heroe is on the right side, he is healed by 50% of his actual life. Else he receive 50% of his actual life as damage.

Heads : The right side is at the left (top on the picture).
Tails : The right side is at the right (bottom on the picture).

Cursed Chests
Cooldown : 20s
Mana : 80

Create two chest at the nearby selected location doing 40 (+15) damage to ennemy just under chest spawn location. All nearby enemy are cursed and all enemy can open (immediatly) one of the chest (as soon as a chest is opened the other disappear). If the enemy open the right chest, he gain +50% base attack damage for 5s. If he open the wrong chest, he receive 40 (+15) damage. He is also silenced and his basic attack do 0 damage for 5s.

If after 10 seconds, no one of the enemy opened the chest, then all cursed enemy see their move speed reduced by 25% during 3s and they also receive 100 (+25) damage.

Heads : The right chest is at the left.
Tails : The right chest is at the right.

When ???? drink at a fountain with the coin on heads side, instead of getting buff, get a random weapon with random stats (see below). Dying make loose the object.

[A] Lucky chain
Increase attack base damage by 100% for each 6 or 1 obtened. This bonus is cumulable, but is lost each time we get something else than a 6 or a 1.

[Actif] Dangerous Poison
Cooldown: 5s
Inflict 25 (+5) damage and 25 (+5) damage in 5s to the targeted enemy heroe. Also add a mark. After 8 seconds without new mark, all mark are lost, but if the targeted heroes already have 5 marks (so at the 6th mark), these damage are mutliplied by 10.

[Actif] Unstable invisibility
Cooldown: 45s
Become invisible with each seconds, 10% chance to loose this invisibility. If ???? receive damage, use his basic attack or any ability (exept mount or trait), the invisiblity is lost.

Drink to a fountain with the coin on the tails side does the same that with heads side but give an object in the same category than the already possessed (or randomly if we don't have any). So it's now unpossible to get a buff from the fountain.

Increase move speed by 50% for 4s. Require targetting an nearby enemy hero with less life (in %) than ????.

Increase move speed by 50% for 4s. Require targetting an nearby enemy hero with more life (in %) than ????.

Cooldown : 90s

Add a zone on the floor for 10s. Walking in give randomly a buff increasing attack and move speed by 30s during 3s or a debuff reducing attack and move speed by 30s during 2s.

Allies have 75% chance to get the buff whereas enemy only have 25%.

???? and nearby allied heroes gain a 5s buff that make enemy stop seeing their real HP.

Heads : They instead see heroes with low life
Tails : They instead see heroes with lots of life.

Remark : for exemple for low life, enemy will see heroes with between 1% and 20% of they max life. Their faked life is updated like if it was their real life, but can't go under 0. Allies still see real life (but maybe an indicator showing they fake life).

Dangerous Minions
Cooldown : 80s
Mana : 100

Transform all heroes into allied minion for 1 minut. Heroes reveal themselves if they receive damage from an enemy heroe or if they use one of they ability. Heroes does same damage than the minion they transformed into.
Heads : They instead see heroes with low life

Heroic teleportation
Cooldown: 45s

After a 2s canalisation, teleport on a random heroe.

Heads : Among allied heroes
Tails : Among enemy heroes

Fountain Loot

Light daggers : Reduce basic attack damage by 0.1%-5.0% but increase basic attack range by 10.0%-20.0% and attack speed by 0.1%-5.0%.
Heavy daggers : Increase basic attack damage by 10.0%-20.0% but decrease basic attack range by 0.1%-5.0% and attack speed by 0.1%-5.0%.
Poison daggers : Redice basic attack damage by 0.1%-5% but poison enemy during 1-5s dealing 50%-300% of basic attack damage every second.
Cursed daggers : Reduce basic attack damage by 0.1%-5.0% but reduce attack speed by 1%-20% and move speed by 1%-20% during 0.1-3.0 secondes of the enemy.
Broken daggers : Reduce basic attack damage by 1%-20%.
Giant killer daggers : Reduce basic attack speed by 1%-20% but inflict 0.1%-3.0% of max life of minions, mercenary or enemy hero.
Inflighting daggers : Reduce basic attack range by 60%-90% but increase basic attack damage by 10%-150%.
Regenerative daggers : Each time an nearby hero is killed, increase life regeneration by 500%-1000% and mana regeneration by 500%-1000% for 1-10 seconds.
Wrecker daggers : Increase basic attack damage by 10-150% against building and remove 0-2 munitions at each attack.
Bouncing daggers : Reduce bassic attack damage by 0.1%-20.0% but the dagger have 1%-80% chance to bounce on an nearby enemy (can bounce repeatedly).

The current weapon name and stat is show in a buff.
