A mecha probably ? [WIP]

As for my other heroes, I don't really know the blizzard universe, so it's not related to a existing character. It's more about the gameplay idea.

# doesn't use mana. Instead he use a ressource named "energy". He start with 100 max energy. Energy does not refill with healing fountain or spawn, and # start with 0 energy regeneration. Upon death, his current energy is keep, and energy continue to refill according to the energy regeneration rate but with a 75% malus.

Combat Trait

Extractor
Cooldown : 40s (+5 per existing extractor)

Spawn an extractor with 300 (+50) hp with a life regeneration of 10 per second at the targeted location. This extractor steal energy to the enemy core to increase # max energy by 50-100 and # energy regeneration by 0.1-10. Amounts depend of the location of the extractor. See http://imgur.com/W3XOBWJ. Energy regeneration is also reduced by enemy core hp (exemple : if the enemy core have 75% life, then energy regeneration is reduced by 25%).

Each maximum energy increase # damage by 0.05 and each energy increase attack speed by 0.001.

Primary Abilities

Energy : 15 per second

Electrocute nerby enemy dealing 40 (+13) damage each second.
Can be reactivated to stop the attack.

Missile battery
Cooldown : 14s
Energy : 50 

Launch a little missile to each nearby enemy location doing 30 (+10) damage on impact.

Can be avoided as missile location does not update and missiles take 2s to reach their target.

Energy extraction
Cooldown : 30s

During 10s, when # attack an enemy building with he's basic attack, he deal 300% more damage, remove 1 munition, and 1% of damage is converted into energy.

When near an extractor, increase move speed by 40% for 3s. Being near an extractor also multiply by 5 the regeneration rate of this extractor.

Mini mecha last for 20s.

Nuclear Missile now move 3 times faster and the 2 first missiles now do 100% damage to building.

Extractor now extract energy of the core independently of its life %.

Each energy extracted now deal 1 damage to the core. This effect stop when the enemy core have less than 50%.

Increase all nearby minion move speed and attack speed by 75% for 30s.
Increase all nearby mercenary move speed and attack speed by 25% for 10s.

Heroic Abilities

Nuclear Missile

All extractor launch a nuclear missile moving slowly (kael'thas fireball speed) to the targeted area.
Each missile does 300 (+20) depending to the travelled distance (reduce damage by 1% for each second travelling, with a maximum 75% damage reduction) at the impact. The targeted area is a circle, but damage are reduced when not near the center of the circle.

Does only 25% of damage to building.

Fort
Cooldown : 120s
Energy : 250

Transform an extractor into a fort. He no longer provide energy regeneration but its hp with multiplied by 10, and it now attack nearby enemy doing 100 (+20) damage (one attack per second) and slowing target by 20% for 2s, attacking in priority enemy heroes.

Only one fort at the same time.

Cooldown : 45s

Teleport to an extractor.

Play style

You have to build extractor in order to become stronger.

You have two possibility : you can build them in safe zone avoiding them to be destroyed but with slow bonus, or you can build them near enemy (for exemple in jungle in bush) for better bonus.

This hero is designed to pushing, he can kill minion quickly, and with his mount he can quickly switch between lane. He can also do good damage on enemy building.

Without extractor, he is weak, so it's important to protect them. They can also provide a good view on the battlefield.
