Level 1:
Arcane Range: Quest: Damage 500 enemies with Arcane Beams to increase their length by 20%.
Full Rejuvenation: Quest: Heal allied Heroes with Rejuvenate 40 times. Reward: Empowered Heal now heals 40% Health over 4 seconds.
Wand of Practice: Increase the cast range of your basic abilities by 15%.

Level 4:
Healer Efficiency: Reduces the mana cost of Rejuvenate by 40%.
Natural Flow: Basic attacks heal you for 30% of the damage dealt.
Refreshing Beams: Each time Arcane Beams damage an enemy Hero, its cooldown is reduced by 1 second.
Enduring Beams: Increases the duration of Arcane Beams to 4 seconds.

Level 7:
Energy Point: Respec restores 50% of the target's Mana and increases their Ability Power by 15% for 15 seconds.
Magic Protection: Allied Heroes gain Spell Armor while in the area of Sightless Eye.
Healing Cloud: Allied Heroes are healed while in the area of Sightless Eye.

Level 10:
Spiritual Power: Heal all nearby allied Heroes over 5 seconds. Also, allow all allied Heroes to pick one extra talent from any tier unlocked so far. The extra talent remains active for 8 seconds.
Rogue Leader: Summon the rogue Kashya, who attacks nearby enemies (prioritizing Heroes). Whenever Kashya attacks enemy Heroes, she deactivates their talents (except Heroic Abilities) for 1.5 seconds. Lasts 10 seconds.

Level 13:
Sharp Beams: Each time Arcane Beams damage an enemy Hero, their damage is increased.
Hindering Magic: Arcane Beams slow enemies by 20% for 2 seconds.
Accelerate: Rejuvenate increases the target's movement speed by 20% for 3 seconds.

Level 16:
Fast Progress: If a quest talent is chosen after the Respec, it is immediately completed.
Spreading Mist: Increases the area of effect of Sightless Eye.
Exhilirate: Rejuvenate increases the target's attack speed by 25% for 4 seconds.

Level 20:
Sisterhood Power: Increases the healing by 20% and allows allied Heroes to pick 2 extra talents.
Rogue Master: Kashya has 30% more Health, and her attacks now deactivate enemy talents for 3 seconds.
Nightmare Difficulty: Allow an allied Hero to unlock their other Heroic Ability for one use. Cooldown: 70 seconds.
