Alexstrasza

The Life-Binder

Melee support. Uses the damage that she deals to heal her allies.
I have made concepts for all of the Dragon Aspects, if you have any ideas that would help them work together better, please let me know.

Health: 1950 (+4% per level)
Health Regen: 4.5 (+4% per level)
Mana: 500 (+10 per level)
Mana Regen: 3 (+0.98 per level)
Attack Speed: 1.20
Damage: 92 (+4% per level)

Combat Trait

(D) Queen of the Red Flight
Place an egg which periodically hatches a red dragonspawn to travel down the nearest lane (syncs with minion waves). The dragonspawn does not attack, but heals a single nearby ally for 180 (+4% per level) health every 2 seconds, preferring Heroes. Dragonspawn lasts 30 seconds. Egg lasts until recast or destroyed.

Primary Abilities

(Q) Life From Death
Mark an allied Hero for 8 seconds. Any damage you or your summons deal to non-structure enemies heals that ally for 50% of the damage dealt.

Cooldown: 15 seconds

(W) Cleansing Flame
Target an area of ground.(Entangling Roots size-ish.) Allies standing within the area regain 100 (+4% per level) health per second, enemies take 75 (+4% per level) damage per second. Lasts 6 seconds.
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 10 seconds

(E) Crimson Gale
Transform partway to flap your dragon wings in a cone in front of you. Enemies in the area are slowed by 40% for 3 seconds.
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 7 seconds

Heroic Abilities

(R1) Aspect of Life
Transform into a dragon, increasing your health by 100%. Every 3 seconds, you release an expanding ring of fire from your body which heals allies for 130 (+4% per level) health and deals 215 (+4% per level) damage to enemies. Your movement speed is reduced by 25% for the duration of this ability. Lasts for 16 seconds.

Passive: Your Basic Attacks cleave for 40% damage, both in and out of dragon form.

Mana: 100
Cooldown: 90 seconds

(R2) A Mother's Sacrifice
Sacrifice 40% of your current health to heal an allied Hero for 75% of your maximum health.

Passive: Your Basic Attacks become ranged and deal 100% splash damage.

Mana: 60
Cooldown: 50 seconds

Special Mount

(Z) Hover
Summon your dragon wings (sheathed in life fire) and fly low to the ground. 

Talents

Level 1
Life Binding: Permanently increase your maximum health by 15 when you pick up a regeneration globe. After collecting 30 globes, dragonspawn heals also grant a permanent 100 (+4% per level) point shield to the target.
Pursuit of the Scarlet Flight: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2. Upon gathering 20 Globes, Dragonspawns heal 2 targets at once.

Yay a support who actually is creative!

Anyways onto the meat.
Nerf (buff?) Mother's Sacrifice. Right now it's an instant Ancestral healing--and combined with your already really strong AOE healing, allows you and the team mate effected to fully heal in health. I dunno.

I think this is my favorite of your dragons. The abilities just fit together well while still being interesting. I like the concept of the trait and mother's sacrifice quite a bit, their somewhat novel. As someone who's played tassadar and other shielding heros I know how frustrating it can be to have abilities that work only if an ally engages when their active, like life from death, but life from death allows actual healing unlike shields so it feels like an intermediate approach between shield and standard healing. I'm too lazy to do the math on rather then healing is in line or not, but the concepts all work together and numbers can always be tweaked to the right point.

Only thing I could think that you could potentially add is that you could consider having her egg a bit stronger, but provide xp when destroyed, like murky egg or arbuthar, to keep with the concept encouraging an 'egg hunt' for the enemy to counter her like the other two specalists. In fact now that I think of it an egg can be placed all the way in her fountain as is making it impossible to destroy which seems unfair, maybe make the dragonspawn despawn after traveling a certain time/distance so she has to move the egg up further as the lane is pushed and thus make it vulnerable to being attacked.

One of the ultimates is quite odd, the sacrifice one makes it so if the enemy has a Reghar you basically dont have a choice.

I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing. Most support characters have one Heroic that is the obvious choice if they're the solo healer for their team, especially when going up against another support with a strong healing Heroic (Malf, Rehgar, LiLi, etc...).

Being able to remove all slows and roots every 7 seconds seems strong, especially since it adds a 40% slow. I feel as though it is a hard disengage. Might be good to increase the cooldown so she can't cleanse out every root/slow the enemy team throws.
Some cooldowns to consider:
Thrall/Arthas - 12 sec on root
Malf - 10 sec on root
Rhegar - 15 sec on 90% slow (with talent)
