Alexstraza

The Life Binder

Alexstraza is one the 5 dragon aspects that exist in the universe. She helped keep Uther lightbringer alive so that he could sacrifice his life to become the lich king forever. She helped during the war against Neltharion or better known as deathwing with her fellow aspects.

Combat Trait

Life Binder's Aid
Alexstraza gives allied heroes around her increased health regeneration.

Primary Abilities

Flaming Grace (active)
Cost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 8 Seconds

Alexstraza shoots out a skillshot that pierces through all enemies for 140 (+16/level) damage. Allies who are hit by this are healed for 70 (+8/level).

Dragons Empowerment (active)
Cost: 70 Mana
Cooldown: 15 seconds

On cast, Alexstraza doubles her trait's regeneration to for 7 (+0.5/level) seconds, she also explodes the area around her to damage all enemies in range of her passives aura for 40 (+10/level).

Burning Charge
Cost: 65 Mana
Cooldown: 15 Seconds

Alexstraza charges forward in a straight line. She stuns all enemies she hits for 1 (+0.2/level) seconds and shields all allies she hits for 140 (+4/level) damage.

Heroic Abilities

Rise of the dragon aspect
Cost: 120 Mana
Cooldown: 90 Seconds

Alexstraza transforms into her dragon form and gains invulnerability while her abilities become more powerful and gains new additions to her primary abilities.

Flaming Grace
Damage becomes 400 (+20/level) damage and width of missile is increased by 50%

Dragons Empowerment
Healing power is increased to 20 (+4/level) and stun duration is increased to 5 seconds.

Infusing Beam
Beam length is increased by 60% and damage is increased to 240 (+35/level)

Self-Cross Renewal
Cost: 85 Mana
Cooldown: 90 seconds

Alexstraza targets allied hero, teleporting to them, restoring them to full health.

The hero seems cool and all but lore wise this wouldn't be nice since she and all dragonflight lost all their powers at the end of cataclysm wich would make her weak.
D:cool can work if you make decent values
Q:Uther's W but with fire ME GUSTA
W:well if she has solid values on her D she can do a lot
E:A decent mobility, cc and shield that needs a little rework since a stun + mobility + shield is REALLY strong
R1:Becomeing a dragon having better skills its ok but invunerability unless it was like a 0.2 seconds of it just so you could use this to save yourself from 1 spell and then heal your team it would be ok but if it is for the full duration that would be really really strong

I think her "LIFE BINDER'S AID" is a bit weak, maybe if it would stack over time and could be activated by pushing "D" to AOE heal or if it would be global regeneration spell.

R1: Transforming to dragon yes, invulnerability no (too op) not sure about anything else so I won't comment about that. Maybe something that heals team like Tranquility(but weaker) + brightwing's pushaway skill kinda like flapping with wings? Maybe too op X_X not sure
R2: I don't like it, maybe if you could rethink about it and make a new one to replace this one?

Overall like her kit, don't get hurt by my comment, everything is fine and I totally support you in this. Thumbs up!

Combat Trait: Seems weak, but does fit the character nicely.

Q: Exactly like Uther's ability. Solid ability.

W: Include numbers of Combat Trait in combat trait. Had to use this ability to know how much the combat trait helped. Okay ability.

E: Nice control and possible shield. Solid ability. Does run the risk of putting her into a bad position, though, and without burst healing this could be a detriment. However, that further balances it. People need to stop scaling CC duration with levels though, as I can't see how anybody perceives a 5 second stun at Lv. 20 being balanced.

R1: What's the duration on this? Invulnerability is silly even if this lasts for 5 seconds. Dragon's Empowerment doesn't have a stun, so I fail to see how the stun duration is increased to 5 seconds, or how any stun lasting 5 seconds would be balanced. Infusing Beam doesn't exist, so I imagine it replaces Burning Charge, or what? This ultimate seems absurd and unfinished.

R2: Broken. Look at Ancestral Healing and how it has not only a delay on it, but it doesn't always heal for full. It has numbers attached to it, which may fall short of a Lay on Hands. I'd balance it around Ancestral Healing, trying to avoid it having too much of a similar feel. I don't see how this fits with Alex bar the heal, what does this Self-Cross Renewal even mean?

Final Verdict: You did good balance wise until the Heroics and possible scaling on her E. Everything else seems on point. Everything in the kit bar Self-Cross Renewal seems flavorful.
