The Eldest Windrunner

A Ranged Assassin specializing in finishing off distant enemies in an instant.

Alleria Windrunner was a ranger-captain of Silvermoon who led her rangers under the Alliance of Lordaeron during the Second War. She was also the head scout of the Alliance Expedition to Draenor. Alleria and her lover Turalyon disappeared after the planet was torn apart and were not heard from for many years. They resurfaced during the final war against the Burning Legion, having been high-ranking members of the Army of the Light for a thousand years from their perspective, as time passes differently inside the Twisting Nether. After absorbing the power of the dark naaru L'ura in the ruins of Mac'Aree on Argus, Alleria became the first void elf, and now leads others like her in the Alliance following the defeat of the Legion.

Fire an arrow a set distance, which can be reactivated mid-flight to detonate it and deal 200 (+4%) damage to enemies nearby. The arrow automatically detonates at the maximum range, dealing 50% more damage.

Focused Fire
Mana Cost: 15 per charge
Cooldown: 15 seconds


Whenever you Basic Attack an enemy Hero, gain a charge of Focused Fire for 4 seconds, up to 5 charges. Activate to release a volley of arrows equal to the number of charges at your last Basic Attack target, dealing 70 (+4%) damage per charge.

Survival Maneuver

Cooldown: 8 seconds


Leap in a direction or over terrain. You gain 40% Movement Speed fading over 2 seconds based on your Level 1 talent.

Strike an enemy discreetly, marking them for up to 5 seconds. Reactivate within that time to detonate the arrow, dealing 260 (+4%) damage to them and blinding and rooting them for 2 seconds. Enemies near them are dealt 130 (+4%) damage and are blinded and rooted for 1 second.

Voidform
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 80 seconds


Unleash the power of the Void Elves for 6 seconds, increasing your Attack Speed by 50%, having your Ranger's Focus activated, and causing your Survival Maneuver to always grants bonus Movement Speed for the duration.

Level 1 Talents

Steady Aim (E + D): Ranger's Focus is active as long as no enemy Heroes have been within 6 range of you for the past 3 seconds. Survival Maneuver grants bonus Movement Speed when you don't pass through any units or terrain.

Flanking Tactics (E + D): Ranger's Focus is active while an enemy Hero within 10 range of you has 50% or less of their maximum Health. Survival Maneuver grants bonus Movement Speed when you pass through an enemy or terrain.

Hunting Party (E + D): Ranger's Focus is active while 2 or more Allied Heroes are within 8 range of you. Survival Maneuver grants bonus Movement Speed when you pass through an Ally.

Level 4 Talents

Safety Tactics (E): Being Stunned or Rooted resets Survival Maneuver's cooldown. The next time it is cast will always grant its bonus Movement Speed. 20 second cooldown.

Careful Aim (D): Ranger's Focus grants 20 Armor while active.

Exhilaration (Passive): Basic Abilities heal for 30% of the damage they deal.

Level 7 Talents

Barrage (Q): Hitting an enemy Hero with Aimed Shot at its maximum range reduces its cooldown to 2 seconds.

Volley (W): Hitting an enemy Hero with Focused Fire slows them by 6% per charge for 2.5 second.

Chimaera Shot (Active): Activate to make your next Aimed Shot fire an additional shot in a spread. Reactivating causes both shots to detonate. 45 second cooldown.

Level 13 Talents

Concussive Shot (Q): Enemies hit by the center of Aimed Shot are stunned for .5 seconds. This is doubled if it at Aimed Shot's maximum range.

Trick Shot (Q + W): Hitting an enemy Hero with Aimed Shot within 2 seconds of hitting them with Focused Fire does additional damage equal to 1.5% of their maximum health per charge of Focused Fire.

Posthaste (D): Ranger's Focus grants 50% increased Basic Ability cooldown rates while active.

Level 16 Talents

Arcane Shot (Q): Aimed Shot can be detonated mid-flight without expiring.

Bombardment (W): Hitting a Hero with Focused Fire allows you to reactivate it within 3 seconds, targeting a different Hero with the same number of charges fired at the first.

Frozen Shot (Passive): While Ranger's Shot is active, Basic Attacks slow enemies by 25% for 1.5 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Deadly Reaction (R): Killing a Hero affected by Silent Arrow within 3 seconds sets off another explosion, dealing 130 (+4%) damage to nearby enemies and blinding and rooting them for 1 second.

Ethereal Connection (R): Damaging enemy Heroes during Voidform increases its duration by .25 seconds. Also, Voidform increases Movement Speed by 20% for its duration.

Marked Shot (Q + W): Aimed Shot and Focused Fire reduce the Armor of Heroes hit by 20 for 3 seconds.

True Aim (D): Ranger's Focus increases Spell Power by 40%.

I like this concept, but to further understand it, it would be nice if you added stats and basic-attack stats.
