I like Priest in general but I feel that this is just a caster, of course it takes a large range of spells from priest but I don't see how does it play in a meaningful way. The interesting part I think is that you toggle healer/assassin but the healer just heals and the assassin is a very generic caster.

Resurrection unlocked at level 1 seems weird. Why do you think it is necessary? That would mean that up to level 9 you have to constantly engage because you have 5.7 characters instead of 5. I do not see a disadvantage to compensate for this.

The thing is, if you give the assassin and healer stronger abilties it becomes overpowered. Just imagen if you could toggle between Malfurion/Jaina or Rehgar/Kael'thas, that would be completely broken. The healer and assassin are plain because you already have 8 spells available at start and the strenght comes from the toggle healer/assassin. Making it possible to adapt at lots of situations what isn't possible with just an assassin or just a healer. Also it is the talents that makes the abilities interresting.

The whole reason of Resurrection at level 1 is to give the 'just a caster' an edge. Like Leoric who can fast spawn when he dies or like Murky with his short deathtimer and moveable spawnpoint etc. It's to give the game a different kind of dynamic. It gives players also a reason to pick the priest instead of other supports.
