Ana hurls a grenade of nanites at an area, healing all allied heroes for 180 (+4%/lv) and amplifying all healing they receive by 30% for 3 seconds.

Enemies hit by the grenade take 80 damage and enemy heroes take an additional 60 damage over 3 seconds. (+4%/lv damage.)

Ana Locks her aim down, increasing her vision and attack range by 50% for 6 seconds, but reducing her movement speed by 20% for 6 seconds.

Functionality Has a minor animation delay where Ana pulls out her dart pistol before the skillshot actually fires, but not enough to warrant a delay mentioned in the description.

Fire a dart that strikes the first enemy hit, stunning them for 2 seconds. If the enemy takes more than 130 (+4%/lv) damage while stunned, the stun caused by sleep dart ends.

Chambered Bolt: After using Enhance Scope, your next basic attack targeting an enemy hero within 4 seconds deals 70% more damage. This does not amplify healing done by the shot.

Shush: Increase the stun duration of Sleep dart by one second.

QUEST

Veteran Healer: Every 1000 points of healing you do increases the amount of healing done by Biotic Rounds by 1%, up to 50 stacks. At 50 stacks, activate Veteran healer to boost your attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

Adaptive Grenade: (QUEST) Each ally hit by Biotic Grenade increases the healing amplification by 1%, to a maximum of 20 stacks. At 20 stacks, increase the damage dealt to enemy heroes by 40%

Changelog

V 1.1
    Added a new quest talent at level 1, "Veteran Healer." Similar to Seasoned Marksman in it's functionality, but geared towards healing rather than damage.
    Added a cap to Medical Reassembly, so that it cannot completely reset its cooldown.
    Removed Storm Shield as a talent

    Added Mana regeneration. (whoops.)
    Increased the duration of Reductive Blast by one second
    Removed the delay of Sleep Dart, though it would still behave similarly to Dehaka's drag. (new functionality section should explain.)
    Added a new effect to Enhance Scope that slows you while it is in use, and changed the functionality of "auto targeting." that reduces the bonus attack speed by 10% but now it removes the slow applied to Ana with Enhance Scope.

V 1.3
    Added a new "Functionality" section for abilities, describing how they are cast.
    Re-wrote the description for Nano-Boost, giving it a defined range and mana cost.
    Buffed auto-targeting's attack speed boost by 5% (Level 13 talent.)
    Re-worked Self Medicate (Level 20 talent.) and renamed it's old functionality to "Twin boost."
    Slightly buffed Combat Medic (level 16 talent.) by reducing it's activation time by 1 second.
