This rework is meant to make Artanis more like he is in the Starcraft 2 Campaign. He can initiate fights with moderately similar abilities, rushing in aggressively
Combat Trait

Resurgence
If Artanis takes fatal damage, he becomes protected for 3 seconds, restoring 50% of his life but reducing his mana to 0. After, he releases a shockwave that deals 120 damage, knocks back enemies, and stuns them for 1 second.
Cooldown: 240 seconds
Primary Abilities

Lightning Dash
Dash to the target area/enemy at immense speed and deal 80 damage upon impact.
Cooldown: 9 seconds

Astral Assault
Activate to cause your next basic attack charge to the nearby enemy and rapidly assault them, dealing 60 damage every .5 seconds for 2 seconds. If the target dies, refund the cooldown and mana cost.
Cooldown: 13 seconds

Astral Wind
Channel for up to 5 seconds. Artanis gains 100 shields per second channeled. These shields will last until destroyed, and the cooldown of this ability does not initiate until all shields are depleted.
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Heroic Abilities

Force of Will
Activate to make Artanis immobile for 2 seconds, but afterward release a Resurgence shockwave.
Cooldown: 80 seconds This does not trigger Resurgence, and it does not heal Artanis. It releases the shockwave only.

Suppression Pulse
Fire a large area pulse from the Spear of Adun, dealing 118.56 (+4% per level) damage and Blinding enemies for 4 seconds. Unlimited range.
