Spirit Walker

Believed to be the ill omen of a coming age, white Tauren are held in near reverence by their people. Bovan Windtotem is one of the most revered, having served as a priest to the Bloodhoof family for many years.

Combat Trait

Resistant Skin
Bovan has 25 Spell Armor, and cannot have his armor reduced.

While Ethereal, Bovan has -25 Spell Armor, and cannot have his armor increased.

Primary Abilities

Disenchant (Q)
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana: 60

Deal 121 (+4% per level) damage to a target enemy Hero. The target cannot become Unstoppable or have its movement speed or Armor increased for 2 seconds.

Spirit Link (W)
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Mana: 40

Chain the target allied Hero to Bovan and the Spirit Link. All damage to linked Heroes is spread among the others, with the original target receiving 50% of the intended damage and the rest split evenly among the other Heroes. If a Hero would take fatal damage from Spirit Link, its Health is reduced to 1 and its link is broken.

Spirit Link is broken if the ally moves too far away from other linked Heroes. No more than 3 Heroes (excluding Bovan) may be linked at a time.

Enter Ethereal form. While Ethereal, you cannot deal or receive physical damage. Lasts 8 seconds or until cancelled.

All linked Heroes become Unstoppable for 1 second. When that expires, they gain 25 armor for 4 seconds.

Passive. Linked Heroes heal for 148 (+4% per level) every 6 seconds.

Tier 1 (Level 1)


Enchantments Denied! (Q)
! Quest: Use Disenchant to remove buffs from enemy Heroes.
! Reward: After removing 40 buffs, Disenchant lasts for an additional 2 seconds.

Spirit Bond (W)
! Quest: Absorb damage with Spirit Link.
! Reward: Each time you absorb 1000 damage, Bovan's Health Regeneration is increased by 5 Health per second for each linked Hero.

Evasive Spirits (E)
! Quest: Evade Basic Attacks in Ethereal Form.
! Reward: After Evading 100 Basic Attacks, Ethereal Form lasts for an additional 4 seconds.

Thick Hide (D)
Resistant Skin grants an additional 15 Spell Armor.

Tier 2 (Level 4)


Disenchant Evasion (Q)
Disenchant also removes Evasion and prevents its effects for 2 seconds.

Disenchant Protection (Q)
Disenchant also removes Protected and prevents its effects for 2 seconds.

Disenchant Shields (Q)
Disenchant also removes Shields and prevents its effects for 2 seconds.

Tier 3 (Level 7)


Purify Spirit (Q)
Disenchant can be cast on allied Heroes. Doing so prevents their movement speed and Armor from being reduced for 2 seconds.

Windtotem's Fury (W)
Whenever Spirit Link is broken from damage, Bovan releases a burst of energy, dealing 233 (+4% per level) damage in a small radius around him.

Spiritual Momentum (E)
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Ethereal Form by 0.75 seconds.

Tier 5 (Level 13)


Burnt Enchantment (Q)
If Disenchant removes a buff, it deals bonus damage equal to 4% of the target's maximum Health.

Spiritual Journey (E)
Ethereal Form makes Bovan Unstoppable for 1 seconds.

Elder Protection (D)
Resistant Skin no longer reduces Bovan's Armor, and he cannot have his Armor reduced while in Ethereal Form.

Tier 6 (Level 16)


Strength of Spirit (W)
Instead of being split evenly, received damage is now divided based on each linked Hero's maximum Health.

The Tauren's Share (W)
Bovan now takes 30% of the base damage before the rest is divided.

Soulful Endurance (W)
Linked Heroes cannot have their Armor reduced.

United in Spirit (W)
Spirit Link can be cast on an additional 1 Hero.

Tier 7 (Level 20)


Spiritual Haste (R)
Indomitable Spirit also grants 50% movement speed while linked Heroes are Unstoppable.

Ancestral Clarity (R)
Voices of the Ancestors can be activated to heal linked Heroes for 384 (+4% per level) once every 30 seconds.

Cut from the Same Cloth (W)
Spirit Link can be cast on enemy Heroes.
