Brackenspore

The Iron Horde juggernaut moored in the waters beside Highmaul drew the attention of Brackenspore, ancient walker of the deep. The aquatic giant spreads fungal growth and moss in his wake, and is driven by primal instinct to eradicate any traces of civilization on Draenor.

Brackenspore is a melee support hero that heals his allies and debuffs his enemies. By spawning two different types of mushrooms he is able to provide a strong area of control and safety for his team. His Q ability, Living Mushroom, provides very strong heals while he is able to keep it alive. A skilled Brackenspore player would be able to keep track of which target would be the most beneficial to heal at any given time. The player would have to decide between using their heal to keep a Living Mushroom alive to provide AOE heals or to cast it on an ally directly in an emergency.

Combat Trait

1
Creeping Moss
Brackenspore spawns patches of Creeping Moss everywhere he goes, dealing very low damage to all enemies that move across it.

Creeping Moss randomly spawns anywhere within Brackenspore's vision radius every 0.5 seconds and disappears if it has been out of his vision radius for 2 seconds.

Creeping Moss is also destroyed when it is hit by an AoE ability.

Primary Abilities

1
Living Mushroom
Summon a Living Mushroom at the target location. A Living Mushroom starts with 75% of its health, which quickly decays. The rate at which a Living Mushroom's health depletes increases over time.

If the Living Mushroom is healed to full health by Brackenspore it will begin to periodically heal nearby allies for a large amount every 4 seconds until it dies. Living Mushroom cannot be damaged by enemies. 24 second cooldown that begins as soon as Living Mushroom is summoned.

Once a Living Mushroom is cast this ability is replaced by Living Spores until its cooldown is over.
2
Mind Fungus
Summon a Mind Fungus mushroom at the target location that pulses every 4 seconds, dealing low damage to nearby enemies each time. 24 second cooldown that begins as soon as Mind Fungus is summoned. Can be killed by enemies and healed by Brackenspore. Lasts 16 seconds.

Once Mind Fungus is cast this ability is replaced by Infested Spores until it is killed or expires.
3
Necrotic Breath
Unleash a wave of Necrotic Breath in a large frontal cone, dealing low damage. 12 second cooldown.

Enemies hit by Necrotic Breath take 100% increased damage from Mind Fungus for 8 seconds.

Secondary Abilities

1
Living Spores
Heal the target ally for a small amount. 3 second cooldown.

Living Spores that are cast on mushrooms heal for 100% more.
2
Infested Spores
Infest the target enemy hero for 8 seconds, dealing low damage and causing their ability cooldowns to pause for 1 second if they are damaged by Mind Fungus. 6 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

1
Fungal Flesh-Eater
Summon a Fungal Flesh-Eater to attack your enemies. Lasts 15 seconds. Can be re-targeted. 80 second cooldown.

Fungal Flesh-Eater's attacks apply Decay to their target. Decay is a stacking debuff that increases the damage they deal to that target by 10%. Stacks of Decay disappear if Fungal Flesh-Eater attacks a different target.
2
Call of the Tides
Summon three large slow moving waves of water a medium distance away that will travel back towards Brackenspore, pushing enemies with them. 80 second cooldown.

Each wave has a gap in it in a different location. Enemies that re-position themselves to align with each gap will be able to avoid being pulled towards Brackenspore.
