Broxigar

The Red Axe

Brother of High Overlord Varok Saurfang, one of Thrall's most loyal warriors and a veteran of all three wars - not enough could be said about Broxigar. This fearless legend is a one orc army when faced in combat. Cast back in time ten thousand years into the War of the Ancients, Broxigar obliterated numerous demonic forces. He stood boldly even when opposed by the Dark Titan, wounding him enough to buy time for Sentinal resistance to close the portal. Broxigar died in the blaze of glory, immortalizing his name for eternity.

Role

I imagine Brox to be similar to what he is in the lore - overall badass. I find that his basic kit is some sort of a standard warrior/fighter kit. With that in mind, Broxigar's design is that of a DUALIST especially with right talents, although Brox can serve as a powerful TEAMFIGHTER as well, again depending on talents. Although most warrior kits can be quite simple, Overpower and Combat Resilience combo mechanic can contribute to some interesting gameplay. Combat Resilience on it's own can lead to some interesting play: running away from Kael'thas' Pyroblast and waiting for traits cooldown to finish can be nerve wrecking for both players.
As for numbers, I believe that they are balanced: Brox was never imagined to be able to burst (he wouldn't make much of a dualist), but he is able to steadily overcome his opponents in battle.
Now can Broxigar tank? Not really. He can soak a lot of damage and get away with it with his trait which was the general idea, but this requires timing and some luck. A smart player can bait his trait with a basic attack or a poke-low-damage spell. A smart Broxigar player can make the most of Combat Resilience by using it to close the gap with Slam and lock on his enemy.
As for heroics: both are good from 1v1 and smaller skirmishes all the way to full team battles w/ or w/o objectives (Garden of Terror, Dragon Knight, Spider Queens, ect.). Axe of Cenarius may be a more selfish choice (because of -20 armor on hit) but it's root effect can benefit the team as well, especially with Gift of Cenarius. Battle Cry on the other hand is an obvious power-up for Brox's team both w/ and w/o To Victory!, but it too can be more "selfish" and used for more of a "dualist Brox build".
I wanted the talents to grant utility to Broxigar, not to define him. Whatever you pick you can still be a strong bruiser with some preferences, rather than disabilities.

Axe of Cenarius is only good for passive, it seems.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes the passive effect is the main focus, but I wouldn't just throw the root away (especially if upgraded with level 20 talent - Gift of Cenarius - to root in AoE). Broxigar is a powerful dualist and if he had a much more powerful CC I don't think it would be 'balanced' especially early-mid game.

Certainly a solid concept. Maybe a bit bland, but, well, that might be the "super gimmick everything" in me. I'm not sure if I'd want Battle Cry on Brox though. Feels more like... I don't know, probably a Grom thing to do, actually. Combat Resilience is a pretty cool, unique thing(that I might have to consider giving someone myself....), though.

Not sure what else to say... Not the best at feedback, to be honest.

Thanks! It is always nice to hear other opinions!
Since Broxigar is a warrior/fighter in lore, I wanted to give him sort of a basic warrior type kit as mentioned in Role section. With talents you can spice it up but that was the general idea so makes sense if it's a bit bland. As for the Battle Cry it, too, was inspired from lore (there is a
tiny section in War of the Ancients where demons experienced fear for the first time when they heard Broxigars roar and witnessed his skill in combat). Also it adds to a different play style.
