Created at a secret Dominion facility at Castanar, this monstrosity was released when the facility's fusion reactor was destroyed. Upon awakening, it went on a rampage throughout the facility, killing everything on its way, and was left alone.
In the Nexus, this creature was named after its "home" planet.

Castanar is an enormous Tank who grows by consuming its enemies bit by bit.

Combat Trait

The Hybrid (Trait)

Castanar's Basic Abilities steal 2% of maximum Health from enemy Heroes hit, reducing their total Health and increasing Castanar's total Health for the same amount for 10 seconds. If they die while under this effect, the lost Health returns only after they respawn or Castanar dies. Castanar loses all collected Health upon dying.

Collected Health: 0

Affected targets do not restore the lost Health when Castanar dies.
Health is collected even if the target dies while Castanar is dead.
Subsequent applications both refresh the duration and increase the Health lost.
