Changeling

Infiltration Strain

The Changeling brings stealth to a whole new level, and can utterly confound unsuspecting enemies.

This is a pretty wacky concept, but bear with me and let me know what you think!

The changeling behaves in many distinctly different ways from other heroes. First, upon entering a quick match game, the Changeling takes on the appearance of a random enemy hero, this includes the loading screen portrait that enemies can see. They will also appear as that hero on the in-game scoreboard until vision is gained on it by the enemy while it is in its natural form (it spawns as a changeling in the nexus). Allies can see the changeling's portrait in the loading screen and scoreboards at all times.

TRANSFORM BENEFITS
Mimicking an enemy will give you the following characteristics

You gain the use of their un-talented basic abilities and trait
Your HP remains the same, however the appearance of the HP bar in game will change      to mimic the target hero
Your heroic may also affect your trait

DISGUISE BENEFITS
These benefits are only given while you are not REVEALED as the changeling

Enemy heroes cannot target you automatically (i.e. attack-moving or skillshot abilities)
Enemy minions and structures (except the core) will not attack you
Allied minions and structures WILL attack you
You can walk through enemy gates
You cannot use enemy healing fountains
Enemy AoE healing will not affect you
Enemy targeted healing will heal you for 50% of the normal value, but also reveal you
Enemy AoE damage will deal 50% damage to you (once), but reveal you
Your heroic may give you different disguised benefits

NOTE: Mimic mode
using your E ability (or 3) will change you from disguise mode to mimic mode. In mimic mode you remain allied to your team and AI, and allow you to transform into an allied hero. Taking damage in this mode will not reveal you to the enemy, however dying with result in changeling giblets, alerting the enemy to the presence of a changeling in the game

REVEAL CONDITIONS
unless otherwise noted by a talent or ability, the changeling will be revealed to the enemy by under the following circumstances

Damaged by an enemy AoE ability
Healed by an enemy targeted healing ability
Attacking an enemy while disguised
Attacked directly with A-click by an enemy

REVERT CONDITIONS
the following circumstances cause the changeling to revert to its natural form

Using a changeling ability
Hit by an attack from the enemy core

Heroes that cannot be mimicked
The Lost Vikings
Abathur
Murky
Cho'Gall

While disguised as an enemy, the Changeling's normal Q-E abilities are instead placed on the 1-3 buttons, using ability 1 or 2 reverts the changeling to its natural form. Enemy abilities that reveal cloaked units such as Tassadar's Oracle do not automatically reveal you, but instead give you a slightly purple-goopy aura for the duration of the reveal.

Combat Trait

1
Disguise
After using this ability, a small menu will appear with each enemy hero currently in the game that can be mimicked. Selecting one will cause the changeling to morph into that hero after several seconds, gaining their Basic, un-talented abilities, trait, and mount.
See rules above for how being disguised affects gameplay.

Your natural form has no mount, and no basic attack.

Primary Abilities

1
Acid Coat
While disguised or in changeling form, you move into melee range of your target, and start channeling for 3 seconds (the channeling bar is invisible to your enemies). If the channel is successful, you REVERT back into your natural form, and deal a humongous amount of damage to the enemy by coating them in thick layers of acid, great for backstabbing mages or assassins.
2
Dissolve
You quickly dissolve into a medium-sized puddle of acid for a duration. You become untarget-able and take 25% AoE damage. You deal continuous DoT damage to any enemies that walk over you. Activating this ability again cancels the duration. After at least 5 seconds have passed in the puddle, leaving it will give you a 40% speed boost for 4 seconds.
3
Trickery
Using this ability causes you to switch 'modes' of disguise from Mimic mode to Disguise mode, as detailed above

Heroic Abilities

1
Perfect Disguise
Upon using this ability while DISGUISED, for a short duration enemies cannot reveal your disguise by targeting, using a reveal ability, or healing you. Attacking an enemy will still reveal you. You also take no AoE damage from enemies.

passive DISGUISE mode
In addition, allied AoE attacks will 'damage' you. You will gain a dual health bar on top of your normal one, this will display as your only health bar to enemies, and will take full damage from AoE attacks made by your allies.
2
Plot Twist
Range: Vision length

You target the enemy hero you are currently DISGUISED as. After a short duration, you burrow under the ground, come up underneath that hero and burst from their chest, instantly killing them. Afterwards, you are stunned for 10 seconds and dealt 50% of your HP in damage. Getting revealed during this channel causes the ability to activate immediately, but only deal damage equal to the percent of completion the channel reached, divided by two to of the target's max HP, you are not burrowed or stunned, and are REVERTED back into your changeling form.

Special Mount

1
None
You gain the mount of whoever you mimic, your natural form has no mount

Possible Talents

Mimicry: Gain the benefits of any talents tier one through 3 of the hero you mimic

Viscous Pool: (W) you can move at 50% movement speed while using Dissolve

Clinging Acid: (W) Enemies are slowed by 20% while taking damage from Dissolve

Stem Cells: (W) Allies in the area of Dissolve will heal for 2% of their max HP every second

Sneaky Delivery (T6): (Q) You can now move at 80% speed while channeling Acid Coat

Bluff: (E) Casting Trickery while revealed to the enemy causes you to immediately become 'un-revealed,' meaning you must be re-revealed, using this ability in this way gives it a short cooldown.

Wasn't Me!: (4) Gives you an ability to cast on an enemy that causes them to be 'revealed' as if they were the changeling, damage dealt to the hero by their allies is reduced by 75%, and any attacks you make against the target do not reveal you. This effect lasts 4 seconds.

Blend In: (5) You mimic a minion, allied or enemy. You will passively follow the closest lane and act like a normal minion unless you move or use an ability. Using an ability or being 'killed' will reveal you back in your natural form.

Level 20 (R1) - Convincing Performance: You gain the ability to 'damage' your allies while disguised in the same way they can damage you. If you are 'killed' by allies, you immediately return to your natural form, turn invisible, and gain 40% movespeed for 6 seconds. (good for getting off an Acid Coat)

Level 20 (R2) - They mostly come out at night... mostly: You are invisible while channeling Plot Twist

Level 20 - Advanced Mimicry: Gain the benefits of any talents tier 5 and 6 of the hero you mimic

Level 20 - Ultimate Mimicry: Gain the use of the untalented heroic ability of the hero you mimic

I understand this concept is flawed in quite a few ways, but I think it's a fun idea :)

This is so confusing, but i really like the concept of it
Could you add a simple table as to what reveals and damages it under what circumstances so it would be easier for others to understand
