Rejected by his peers for being too radical and experimenting with uncontrollable forces, Chi left his tutorage to explore the world and show the true power of a Wizard

Combat Trait

Arcane Power
Instead of mana you use arcane power, which has a base max of 100 and regenerates at a rate of 10 per second. Additionally, your basic attacks against enemy heroes regenerate 10 arcane power

Primary Abilities

1
Magic Missile (Q)
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Arcane Power: 20
Fire an orb of pure energy that deals damage to the first target it hits.

Teleport
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Arcane Power: 30

Teleport to target location and deal damage to all areas around that location
3
Disintegrate
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Arcane Power: 10 + 30 per second (Net 20/second due to regen)

Channel a beam that deals damage to all enemies in its path

Heroic Abilities

Archon
Cooldown: 50 seconds

Turn into an Archon, enhancing your abilities and granting 20% ability power for 6 seconds

Magic Missile: Explodes on impact dealing full damage to all enemies in the impact area
Teleport: Reduces all damage taken and increases move speed by 40% for 2 seconds
Disintegrate: Also does its damage in an area around you

Slow Time
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Slow all enemies and enemy projectiles in target area by 50%. Lasts 10 seconds

Talents

Tier 1
Block: Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges
Extended Ray: Increase the range of Disintegrate by 25%
Signature Spell: Magic Missile doesn't cost Arcane Power
Riftwalker: Reduce the cooldown of Teleport by 2 seconds

Tier 2
Prodigy: Increase the amount of Arcane Power from attacking enemy heroes to 20
Intensify: Increase Disintegrate's width and damage by 25%
Charged Blast: Increase Magic Missile's projectile speed and damage by 25%
Envenom: Activate to poison a hero over 5 seconds

Tier 3
Power Hungry: Teleport does 400% more damage to minions
Efficiency: Disintegrate's cost per second is reduced by 10
Influx: If you damage an enemy hero with your teleport your Arcane Power is refilled
Battle Momentum: Basic attacks reduce ability cooldowns by .5 seconds


Tier 4
Archon
Slow Time

Tier 5
Convergence: Disintegrate's damage increases by 20% every second it is channeled
Portal: Teleport's range is increased by 30%
Wipe Away: Disintegrate slows enemies caught in its path by 25%
Arcane Sanctuary: 60 second cooldown. Activate to place yourself in stasis and gain invulnerability for 3 seconds. While in stasis your arcane power regeneration rate is doubled

Tier 6
Forked missiles: Upon hitting a target Magic Missiles forks to two identical missiles that can also fork
Arcane Vacuum: Enemies you damage with teleport are silenced for 1.5 seconds
Fracture: After casting teleport you summon two images that copy your spells for 10% damage each
Energy Shield: 30 second cooldown. 40 Arcane Power. Gain a shield equal to 50% of your max health

Tier 7
Ascension: Archon's duration is extended by 4 seconds for every takedown you achieve while in Archon form
Stretch Time: Ally movespeed in the bubble is increased by 50%
Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location
Astral Presence: Increase your Arcane Power regeneration by 200% and your ability power by 15% for 5 seconds
