Story: Colonel Wilhelm von Greim is the leader of the Terran Dominion's elite Reaper squad, the Death Heads, and one of the first Reapers to enter service. Whether in battle against the Emperor's enemies or "keeping the peace", Greim is regarded by his soldiers as being far too enthusiastic about his work.

Base Concept: A very high mobility Assassin that can chase down enemies and escape with relative ease. However, he has very low health and has no form of self sustain, making him a difficult hero to master.

Combat Trait

Jetpack
(Passive) You move 15% faster and can jump over structures and the environment. You cannot jump over impassable objects made by enemy abilities, such as Leoric's Entomb.

Primary Abilities

D-8 Charge
(Skillshot) Throw an explosive that detonates on the first enemy hit or at the end of its range for 262 (+4%) damage in a small AoE. Deals 75% extra damage to structures. Mana Cost: 55. Cooldown: 9.

Guns Blazing
(Skillshot Escape) Dash to a target area while firing wildly at a nearby enemy for 256 (+4%) damage over 4 hits, preferring heroes. Mana Cost: 75. Cooldown: 12.

Rocket Jump
(Targeted Escape) Jump to a target area, becoming Unstoppable, and dealing 218 (+4%) damage at the starting point. Mana Cost: 70. Cooldown: 12.

Secondary Abilities

Nitro Boost
(Buff) Gain 35% movement speed, decaying over 3 seconds. Cooldown: 50.

Heroic Abilities

Red Baron
(Targeted Travel) After a 3 second delay, fly to a target area and shoot at enemies as you pass over them, dealing 102 (+4%) damage each hit, you are Invulnerable while flying. Global Range. Mana Cost: 80. Cooldown: 45.

Blitz
(Skillshot) Charge in a target direction, knocking enemies aside and taking the first enemy hero hit with you on the charge, stunning them for the duration. At the end of the range, plant a D-8 Charge on the enemy hero then dash back to your starting point while shooting at the hero, dealing 606 (+4%) damage and stunning for 2 seconds (If no barriers are hit) in total. If no hero is hit, you stop at the end. Mana Cost: 90. Cooldown: 50.

E: Akimbo Master - Refunds 10 mana for each shot that hits an enemy hero.
Q: Potato Masher - Increase range by 30% and reduces its cooldown by 2 seconds if the first target hit is a hero.

Master:

Story: Mengsk believes that the very sight of his elite soldiers should strike fear into the hearts of all the Dominion's enemies and dissidents. Colonel Greim agrees.

Explanation: The jetpack is outfitted with wings and the mask has more of a skull shape. Additionally, the armor bares insignia representing allegiance (Terran Dominion), division (Omega Squadron), and rank (Colonel, An Eagle).

weird german here and there^^

but awesome concept. we really need a reaper hero (or at least a skin for valla to cover the waiting time).

I just dont get why is Z has to have 50 second cooldown? its not thaaat big of a boost.

I don't speak german, not really, but I wanted to give him some lines in German to give him more of identity beyond just being a Reaper.

I was trying to be safe with is Z, don't want him being too mobile.

Great concept but I would rather have Reaper as a hero rather than a skin...

I agree, but I'm not sure there's enough room in his kit to make him stand out, as he would function as a cross between Valla and Zeratul if his kit was ported directly over.

Recently overhauled this concept, given what we now know about Tracer, he desperately needed a buff to...everything.
Main Changes:
Increased all sources of damage.
Jetpack now gives 15% extra movement speed (Up from 10%).
Nitro Boost now increases moment speed by 35% (Up from 30%) and no longer fades over time.
Reduced Guns Blazing cooldown to 12 seconds (Down from 14) and now will always target an enemy hero in range.
Increased the delay of Red Barron to 3 seconds (Up from 2), but you are now invulnerable while flying.
Changed the ability enhancements of Hornet SMGs and Hellfire Shotguns
Kamikaze can now be activated to suicide charge at an enemy and reduces your death timer if it kills heroes.
Added the Death Blossom Talent.

Just a correction: It's "Guns Blazing". Nice Concept though.
