This concept is made to translate the character and interactions of Reapers into heroes of the storm. Nero deals high damage and incredible mobility, but at the cost of incredible fragility. 

Combat Trait

Passive 
Moving increases Nero's move speed by 2.5% per second to a maximum of 145%. Standing still decreases move speed bonus by 5% per second standing still. (all timers occur gradually over these periods). Nero Cannot Mount normally. 

Primary Abilities

G4 Cluster Bomb

Throw a G4 Cluster Bomb on the ground which deals 78 (+20) dmg , also throws out 3 mini-bombs from the impact origin which deal 35 (+12) dmg.

Jump to target area, dealing 14 (+4) dmg in areas where Nero jumps from and lands at.

6 second cooldown
Long, thin conal AOE
Nero Fires 6 shots in rapid succession, each shot damages the first target hit dealing 45 (+16) dmg.  

Heroic Abilities

Serpentine

Zig-Zag shaped skillshot

Nero Moves at incredible speed in a serpentine pattern, firing a volley of shots on the way. Deals 65 (+16) dmg to all enemies in a wider radius than the skillshot, enemies hit by the skillshot take 100 (+25) dmg and are carried with nero for the remainder of the duration.

Bullet Time

Very large AOE around Nero

Nero enters a bullet time state, slowing time for all enemies in the area by 50% for 6 seconds.

Handheld Deuterium 8 Charges

Nero's basic attacks are now D8 charges which deal 35% increased damage, splash for 50% dmg, and drain 3 ammo from structures, but his attack speed is lowered to 1.25

Special Mount

Nitro Boost
10 second cooldown 
Doubles the rate of move speed boost increase and increases move speed cap by 10% for 4 seconds. 

Talents

Lvl 1

Combat Drugs- Activate to heal Nero for 45% of his HP over 2 seconds, 60 second cooldown

Seasoned Marksman 

Raging Speed- Increases Nero's attack speed by 1.25% for each 7.5% of additional move speed 

Cluster Cluster Bombs- When Cluster bombs off of main G4 charge ignite, send out another volley of cluster bombs. 

Vault- Increases range of Dive by 25% 

Peacemaker- Damaging enemy heroes with Unload gives Nero one 5% stack of move bonus 

lvl 4

Vampiric Assault

Flaming Charge- G4 Cluster bomb deals an additional 35 (+15) dmg over 3 seconds and leaves a flaming trail on the ground that remains for 3 seconds.

U-238 Rounds- Increases range of basic attacks to 7 and basic attacks Deal 15 (+6) dmg over 2 seconds. (7 is slightly longer than Nova and Raynor) 

Sawed-Off Barrels- Increases radius of Unload by 65% and Unload deals 50% Area dmg.

NOS injection- Nitro Boost further increases speed by 25%, take .5 dmg every second per % speed above 145% cap 

Envenom 

Lvl 7

Fear the Reaper -
Enemy Heroes hit by jump dmg are marked and take 25% additional dmg for 4 seconds. 

Battle Momentum

Leg-Buster- G4 cluster bombs slow enemies hit by 90% for 1 second 

"Borrowed" Technology- activate to cloak Nero for 5 seconds, while cloaked, he can see 75% farther, jumping does not break cloak. While standing still and cloaked, cloak lasts twice as long and speed does not decay 20 second cooldown

Filled to the Brim- While at above 135% speed, mana regenerates 150% faster, while below 135% move speed, regenerate 18 (+3) additional HP/s. 

lvl 13

Giant Killer 

Death From Above- While Jumping, Nero fires at the ground, dealing 45 (+15) dmg in a wide radius. 

Aerodynamic Charge- Increases Range of G4 Cluster by 100% 

Flyin' at the speed of light- After Jumping, Become unstoppable for 3 seconds

Stimpack- Activate to increase attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds and take 20 (+8) dmg. 45 second cooldown 

Bob and Weave- Move speed bonus increases chance to negate basic attack dmg by .5% for each additional % move speed. 

Slugger- Shots from Unload Stun enemies for .25 seconds

lvl 16

Trigger Fingers 
Increases amount of unload shots to 10, does not increase channel time. 

Psychopath 
Hero Deaths (enemy or allied) increase damage by 5% for a maximum of 20%. Passive 5% ability power 

Fireworks- G4 Cluster blinds enemy heroes for 3 seconds and silences for 1.25

This Jetpacks' Burning my ***- While at above 135% move speed, deal 55 (+23) area dmg every second

SURPRISE!- When Nero is not within enemy vision, he deals 100% additional dmg to enemies for 2 seconds after being seen.

lvl 20

Oroborus- Hold 2 charges of Serpentine 

Calm Mind- Increases duration of Bullet time by 2 seconds, cooldowns regenerate twice as fast. 

Blinding Gas- D8 charges spawn gas clouds that deal 30 (+12) dmg per second to enemies and remain for 3 seconds. Enemies inside gas clouds have a 50% chance to miss basic attacks and abilities made against allies in gas. 75% chance to miss allies outside of gas. 

Nexus Frenzy 

One-Man Airline- Activate to Gobally Teleport anywhere with vision, 100s cooldown. 

Out with a bang- When Nero Dies, Deal 150 (+75) dmg in a medium radius to all enemies and stun them for 2 seconds.

So, tell me how you like the concept, is he too over or under-powered? If so, what changes do you reccomend? I had 3 ideas for ults and I liked all of them a lot, so I have 3 in this concept instead of the normal 2.
