I got inspired by Lillmy's Confessor Paletress hero concept and made another version of it.

HEALER / RANGED ATTACK

Combat Trait

1
Divine Spirit (D)
Paletress gains a stack of Divine Spirit every time she heals herself or an ally. Can store up to 10 stacks at a time.

Increases the Priestess' mana regeneration and spell power by 15% / 1% per stack.

Consume all charges to redeem an ally, healing it for 35 (+1/lvl) health per stack over 3 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Conjuring of Light (Q)
After 0.5 seconds, a small area is struck with healing light. Restores 150 (+4%/lvl) health to allies within its radius.
Subsequent casts of Conjuring of Light within 4 seconds cost 10 additional mana, stacking up to 2 times.

Conjuring of Light's healing is increased by 25% when it only affects a single ally.

Mana: 20 Cooldown: 1 Range: 7.0 Radius: 2.25

Holy Nova (W)
Heals Paletress and nearby allies for 200 (+4%/lvl) health and damages nearby enemies for 175 (4%/lvl).
Allies below 50% maximum health gain 25% increased movement speed for 2 seconds.
Enemies with more than 50% maximum health are slowed by 30% for 2 seconds.

Mana: 50 Cooldown: 8 Radius: 5.0

Confession (E)
Target a position to tether the first enemy hero hit for up to 4 seconds, dealing 70 (+5%/lvl) damage per second.
Heals Paletress for the same amount. Also reduces the armor of the affected enemy by 20 for Confession's duration.
If the target gets too far away from maximum cast range, the tether breaks, stunning it for 0.75 (+0.02/lvl) seconds.

Mana: 30 Cooldown: 12 Range: 6.0 Stun Activation Range: 6.5

Plea
Activate to make a target ally unstoppable for 1.5 seconds and instantly heal it for 15% of its missing health.
Refund 50% of Plea's cooldown if the target dies within the next 5 seconds after being cleansed.

Mind Vision
Read a target enemy hero's mind and reveal it for 4 seconds. Mind Vision reduces the target's damage dealt by 40%.
In addition, the target's movement speed is reduced by 20% for 2 seconds after the primary effect ends.

Argent Zeal
Bless nearby allies, healing them for 250 (+4%/lvl) health once they dealt at least 200 damage to enemy heroes.
The blessing lasts for 8 seconds.

Cooldown: 30 Radius: 6.5

Heroic Abilities

Holy Ward (R)
Paletress places her staff at the centre of a target area, creating a field of sacred power that lasts for 8 seconds.
All heroes inside the circle gain 30 armor.

Upon expiring, all heroes inside the area are healed for the damage mitigated.
However, allies heal for 40% (+0.5%/lvl) and enemies heal for 20% (+0.5%/lvl) of Holy Ward's mitigated damage.

Casting Holy Ward and hurling her staff into the circle leaves Paletress unable to do basic attacks for its duration.

Circle of Sins (R)
The Argent Priestess curses a large target area which causes all enemies to damage themselves for 25% (+0.75%/lvl)
of their damage dealt to allied heroes. Lasts for 10 seconds.

Each time an ally dies within its area of effect, Circle of Sin's damage inflicted will be increased by 50%.

Mana: 70 Cooldown: 80 Range: 8.5 Radius: 6.5

Your Chapter Title

LEVEL 1



Power Word: Fortitude - Divine Spirit grants the target allied hero 200 (+4%/lvl) bonus maximum health until they die.
Divine Spirit heals targets who have already been buffed with Power Word: Fortitude for additional 8% of their maximum health at the end of its duration.

Trail of Light - When you cast Conjuring of Light, 25% of its highest healing on a single target is replicated to all previous targets you healed with Holy Nova.
Trail of Light lingers on targets healed by Holy Nova for 8 seconds.

Castigation - Heals allies for 2% of their maximum health each time they damage enemies affected by Confession. Reduces Confession's cooldown by 2 seconds.


LEVEL 4



Battle Cleric - Quest ! : Restore at least 1000 health in a single long lasting team fight to permanently increase Holy Nova's damage by 3%.
Stacks up to a maximum of 30%. After completing the quest, Holy Nova heals for additional 125 health over 3 seconds.

Relentless Confessor - Quest ! : Deal 5 basic attacks in a row at the same target hero to permanently increase Castigation's damage by 2%.
Stacks up to a maximum of 20%. After completing the quest, Castigation stuns for additional 0.25 seconds.

Test of Faith - Quest ! : Survive an encounter with enemy heroes while being low on health (< 30%) to permanently increase Paletress' movement speed by 1.5%.
Stacks up to 5 times. After completing the quest, Paletress gains a 15% movement speed burst for 3 seconds whenever she drops below 30% health.
(Requires taking action in combat and a certain proximity.) Radius: < 6.5


LEVEL 7



Plea - Activate to make a target ally unstoppable for 1.5 seconds and instantly heal it for 15% of its missing health.
Refund 50% of Plea's cooldown if the target dies within the next 5 seconds after being cleansed. Cooldown: 60 Range: 7.0

Holy Saviour - After healing a target below 15% maximum health, the healing of your next Conjuring of Light or Holy Nova will be increased by 50%.

Overflowing Radiance - Every additional hero hit by Holy Nova expands its exploding radius by 10% and reduces its following cooldown by 0.25 seconds.


LEVEL 13



Mind Vision - Read a target enemy hero's mind and reveal it for 4 seconds. Mind Vision reduces the target's damage dealt by 40%.
In addition, the target's movement speed is reduced by 20% for 2 seconds after the primary effect ends. Cooldown: 60 Range: 5.5

Argent Lightbringer - Increases Conjuring of Light's healing done by up to 20%, based on the proximity of your target.
Allies are healed for more the closer they are to Paletress. Argent Lightbringer does not affect the Priestess but increases her self healing with Conjuring of Light by 10%.

Martyrdom - Redirects 5% of the taken damage from allies recently healed by Paletress (< 4s) to herself until her health drops below 20%.
In addition, increases the Priestess' health regeneration by 250% when she has less than 50% maximum health.


LEVEL 16



Spiritual Guidance - Casting Divine Spirit increases the movement speed of Paletress and nearby allied heroes by 25% for 3 seconds.

Staff of the Redeemer - Basic attacks on enemy heroes remove the mana cost increasing debuff from subsequent casts of Conjuring of Light.

Holy Whip - Inflicts 200 (+4%/lvl) damage to enemies nearby the primary target every time they touch Confession's tether, slowing them by 45% for 2 seconds.


LEVEL 20



Ban the Evil - Enemies can not leave Holy Ward's area of effect once they entered it and will be stunned for 0.5 seconds when touching its borders from within.

Repent - Conjuring of Light inside Circle of Sin's radius heals for additional 2.5% maximum health and reduces the armor of struck enemies by 10 for 1 second.

Argent Zeal - Bless nearby allies, healing them for 250 (+4%/lvl) health once they dealt at least 200 damage to enemy heroes.
The blessing lasts for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 30 Radius: 6.5

Inner Sanctum - Holy Nova shields Paletress for the next incoming 200 (+4%/lvl) damage.
She permanently gains 20 armor as long as she has less than 40% maximum health.
