Ebb and Flow
Whenever Daelin casts a spell, he gains stacks of Flow equal to the spell's cooldown (up to 100). When out of combat for at least 4.5 seconds, he loses 2 stacks of Flow every second.
For each stack above 50, Daelin's spell power and movement speed increase by 0.25%. For each stack below 50, Daelin loses 0.25% spellpower and movement speed.

Notes:
  • Whenever Daelin returns to base, his Flow stacks are set to 75 if he had less before returning.
  • Daelin starts the game with 75 stacks of Flow and he can't lose or gain stacks before the minions spawn and the gates open.

Daelin strikes enemies around himself with the forces of water, dealing 120 damage to all enemies hit and restoring 12 health for each enemy hit.
If Water Shield is active, instead of healing, Daelin restores 24 health of his shield and extends it's duration by 0.5 seconds.

Daelin launches at target enemy, dealing 134 damage and decreasing it's attack speed by 40%, movement speed by 25% and attack damage by 30% for 1 second. If Water Shield is active, deals bonus 24 damage to target and enemies around it.

Daelin surrounds himself with a 254 health shield for 6 seconds. For as long as this shield holds, Daelin's basic attacks deal an additional 20 splash damage.

Vector Targeting
Daelin conjures a tidal wave that travels in the chosen direction, pulling all enemies hit and dealing them 35 damage. Whenever an opponent collides with an obstacle, they are dealt an additional 160 damage and are stunned for 1 second.

Level 1 Talents

Hydromantist's Fervor:
Basic attacks reduce cooldown of Watery Shield by 0.5 seconds.
Heavy Impact:
When affected by Watery Shield, Imposing Dash first stuns for 0.5 seconds and then applies it's debuff.
Born to Battle:
Quest:Collecting Regeneration Globe increases Daelin's attack damage by 1, up to 30.
Reward:Upon gathering 30 Globes, heal for 10% of damage dealt with basic attacks.

Level 4 Talents

Dazing Charge:
Imposing Dash lasts 0.5 seconds longer and now it reduces movement speed and attack damage by 40%.
Hydroblast:
Riptide's radius increased by 20%.
Healing Current:
Healing and Shield gain from Riptide is tripled versus Heroes.

Level 7 Talents

Favorable Winds:
Ebb and Flow's threshold decreased from 50 to 35.
Overwhelming Wave:
While at or above 80 stacks of Flow, your basic attacks slow by 20% for 1 second.
Aquamantic Assault:
While Watery Shield is active, gain 40% attack speed.

Level 13 Talents

Deadliest Element:
Increases damage of Riptide by 15% for each enemy Hero hit.
Admiral's Advantage:
Imposing Dash now also increases Daelin's attack speed by 40%, movement speed by 25% and attack damage by 30% for 1 second.
State of Drowning:
If Watery Shield is active, Imposing Dash restores 88 points of shield and extends it's duration by 2 seconds.

Level 16 Talents

Admiral's Resolve:
Whenever Watery Shield expires, heal for 75% of bonus damage dealt during that time.
With the Waves:
While Water Shield is active, basic attacks reduce cooldown of Imposing Dash by 1.25 seconds.
Flood:
While Watery Shield is active, Riptide recharges 125% faster and costs no mana.

Level 20 Talents

Retargetability:
Allows Cannonade's zone to be controlled and moved. It's movement speed is equal to 45% of Daelin's movement speed.
Juggernaut Crasher:
Doubles Tidal Wave's width. Now it also knocks 300 units further and enemies that collide with an obstacle are stunned for an additional 0.25 seconds and take an additional 80 damage.
Inpenetrable:
Increase Watery Shield's health by 45% and duration by 1 second.
Ancient Grudge:
Gain 15% attack speed. This bonus is increased to 55% while affected by Watery Shield.
Weather with Me:
Increases maximum Flow by 50.
