Grand Admiral of the alliance

Daelin Proudmoore was the Lord Admiral and king of Kul Tiras. As "Grand Admiral" of the Alliance, he was the leader of the naval forces of the Alliance during the Second War. He was a staunch enemy of the Horde, refusing to believe that it could ever change its ways — he greatly hated the orcs and would have been more than willing to see them all dead. Eventually he was consumed by his own hatred, and killed by the Horde led by Rexxar

Daelin's basic attacks increase the attack and movement speed of allied heroes and summons by 5% up to 15%. Stacks are lost after 3 secs of not attacking

Your next basic attack creates a wave of water that will slow enemies for 20% for 2 secs and deal damage to the primary target , moving enemy units close to it.
If the primary target is under the monsoon he recieves 100% more damage from the thunderstorm for the slow duration.

Summon a thunderstorm over a selected area to deal low damage per second to all enemies within the radius of the cloud. This clowd follows Daelin at 60% of normal hero movement speed.

Summon 3 sea elementals that will guard Daelin attacking for low damage only enemies that attacks Daelin.

Summon a huge ghost ship that will deal high damage and slow by 90% for 1.5 sec all enemies it hits . The ghost ship will keep moving until the last 25% of the ship animation collides with the first enemy hero.

1. Ultimate leader D : friendly Minions and mercenaries near you deal 40% more damage and take 15% less damage.

2. Aqua pressure Q : quest : hitting enemy heroes with tidal strike increases its slow duration by 0.15 secs to a maximum of 3 secs.

3. Dead man's chest : you no longer heal from collecting regeneration globes , instead you store them as stacks to a maximum of 5. You can activate this talent to heal for the amount of regeneration globes stored.

4. Eye of the sea : reduce the mana cost of all your abilities by 10 and increase your vision range by 20%

1. Forked lightning W : Monsoon deals 7% of maximun HP to targets slowed by tidal strike.

2. Deadly storm W : Monsoon deals 100% more damage to non-heroic targets.

3. Blessing of the ocean E : sea elementals have 150% increased health regenaration while under the monsoon.

4. Commander's troops D : increase the bonuses of supreme commander to 30% and each basic attack grants 10% buff instead of 5%.

1. Master of the ocean W : the thunderstorm now follows you with 90% of normal hero movement speed.

2. Naval momentum : basic attacks reduce the cooldown of tidal strike and the sea elementals by 0.75 sec.

3. Ocean sheild E : you gain a 10% physical armor for every sea elemental alive.

1. Tactical advantage : you gain 6% movement speed for every nearbye ally hero.

2. Strenght in number : increase your basic attack damage by 7% for every nearbye ally hero.

3. Relentless admiral : reduce the duration of stuns and roots by 10% for every nearbye ally hero.

1. War training E : Sea elementals do extra damage to slowed targets.

2. Water force Q : tidal strike slows the enemy by 60% if the sea elementals are attacking him.

3. Tides of darkness W : enemies that are in the monsoon for 2 secs will miss every 3rd basic attack.

4. Medical profession : activate to increase all healing receved by 60% for 4 secs.

1. Complete seige R1 : Increases canon charges by 1 and you gain global vision of anything around destroyed enemy structures.

2. Tales of the sailors R2 : The ghost ship will keep traveling through the map and will slow enemies movement speed by 50% for an aditional 2 secs.

3. Commander guardians E : Sea elementals last forever or until killed.

4. Glory to stormwind ! D : activate to give all allied heroes a shield equal to 10% of their max HP , the sheild is encreased by 5% for every nearbye ally. ( 30% total )
