Despite me having already found a set of Dragon Aspect concepts I like, I felt like I needed to do them myself; Probably some odd completionist's sense. That being said, Deathwing is a Bruiser, with the ability to focus on Offense or Defense through talents.

Combat Trait

Broken Form
Passive
When damaged, the health lost turns to 'Grey Health' for ~2 seconds, during which time it cannot be healed. Taking more damage does not refresh this duration; Each point of damage you take is tracked seperately. If all your health is grey, you die. You passively take ~10% less damage, however, and you are only crowd controlled for ~75% of the normal duration.
(Credit to 'Blorgorize', as this was not my idea originally, I just adapted it for my use.)

This is meant to represent the fact that Deathwing's body is only held together by the Elementium Plates that he had grafted on. However, a trait that only had a downside seemed stupid, and this also accounts for his increased health(For a bruiser); He can't be healed as fast as other Warriors.

Primary Abilities

Corrupted Blood
Passive
For every 10% of Deathwing's life that he loses, he spawns a Corrupted Blood, which seek out nearby enemy heroes to attack. These deal ~40 damage a second, but explode when they die, dealing ~140 damage in a small area around them.
Active; Self Sustain
Activate to make all current Corrupted Blood move towards you; Every Corrupted Blood that reaches Deathwing heals him for ~3% of his maximum health, and an additional 1% of any current 'Gray Health' is restored to normal health. The first effect(3% heal) can affect Gray Health if Deathwing's health is all Gray/Normal, but the second(1%) cannot do the same if he has no Gray Health. Costs no mana and has no cooldown.

Earthbreaker
Active; Targeted Cone Attack
Deathwing slams his large mace into the ground in front of him, cracking it for ~2 seconds, slowing any enemy that moves over it. Any enemies hit directly by the mace(Relatively narrow line) are stunned for ~1 second. Being hit by the cone deals ~80 damage, while being hit by the mace deals ~200 damage. Costs ~50 mana and has a ~12 second cooldown.

Furious Leap
Active; Targeted AoE Movement
Deathwing leaps towards target location. Upon landing, he deals ~180 damage in an inner ring, and cracks the ground to an outer ring(Think Muradin's leap, only with one ring a bit smaller and the other a bit larger), slowing any enemy that moves over the cracked ground by ~30%. The cracked ground lasts for ~2.5 seconds. Costs ~60 mana and has a ~14 second cooldown.

Strafing Run
Active; 'Movement Attack'
Deathwing flies up, before sweeping a large line in the target directon, burning the ground beneath him as he went. Being hit by the sweep deals ~220 damage, and you take ~50 damage per second you stand in the left-over fire, which lasts for ~4 seconds. If Deathwing gets a kill with this ability, the kill quote would be 'Did you stand in the fire?' Costs ~80 mana, and has a ~10 second cooldown.

Hideous Amalgamation
Active; Summon
Let a Hideous Amalgamation of your blood and Elementium plates loose, which will auto-prioritize nearby enemy heroes, but will lane if it can't find any nearby. This builds up a stack of 'Corruption' every second. Upon hitting 8 stacks, its death will cause an explosion in a decent-large area for ~300 damage. These last for ~16 seconds, before dying of 'natural causes'. Hideous Amalgamations deal ~80 damage a second. Costs ~50 mana, with a ~5 second cooldown.

Deathwing's Ire
Active; Targeted AoE Crowd Control
Essentially a much larger version of 'Furious Leap'. The inner circle now stuns for ~1 second when Deathwing lands, and deals ~300 damage, while being hit in the out ring deals ~160 damage. This ability cracks the ground for 4 seconds, slowing enemies that move in it by ~30%, all the way to the outer ring; However, this ability also roots Deathwing for ~1.5 seconds after he lands, preventing a cast of Strafing Run during that time, as he has to get into the air again. Costs ~70 mana, and has a ~12 second cooldown.

Dragon Form
Active; Transformation
Enter your dragon form and stop messing around, gaining a ranged attack, the ability to pass over terrain, and a new set of basic abilities for ~15 seconds. While this is active, you take 20% reduced damage from all sources, stacking with any other source of damage reduction(Including your trait). Costs ~120 mana to enter, and has a ~100 second cooldown.

Like Tracer, my Dragon Aspects only have one Ultimate. It wouldn't feel right if they didn't have their Dragon Form. However, they still don't unlock until level 10, where you also gain a passive benefit.

Explosive Fissure - Any of your 'Crack the Ground' effects now explode when they expire, dealing ~80 damage to anyone standing on the cracked ground.

Level 10|Tier 4(Heroics)
Aspect of Death - Passively deal ~25% more damage
Earth-Warder - Your trait now reduces all damage you take by ~20% total, and you are now Crowd Controlled for ~50% of the duration.

Level 13|Tier 5

Level 16|Tier 6
Unstable Ground - Any cracked ground now slows for ~60%(up from 30%).

Level 20|Tier 7(Storm Talents)
The Hour of Twilight - Dragon Form now lasts 'Indefinitely', however it drains your mana at a rate of ~30 per second until you either cancel it or run out of mana, reverting to human form in either scenario. It still has a cooldown upon exiting.
Cataclysm - Dragon Form gains a new (R) slot ability, which requires ~2 seconds to channel. Upon releasing the channel, a large area around Deathwing 'Shatters', dealing ~900 damage to all enemy heroes, cracking the ground(To reiterate, a 30% slow untalented) for ~4 seconds, and instantly killing any minions hit(Added bonuses!). Can only be cast once per cast of Dragon Form.

Nice Concept. And I thought it was a blorgorize concept when I first read the trait, his concepts are good but your nose will be bleeding after you finish understanding them.

In hindsight, I think he should be a concept creator for LoL. Each ability there has an equation.
